Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

Google Maps cut off right after it led me into the shopping plaza parking lot, but not right in front of the restaurant, so I was like “Where is it?”
Turns out it’s way in the back, literally one of the last stores in the far reaches of the parking lot.
When you walk in, it’s a no frills fast food restaurant, but it’s modern and clean.
The menu is customizable, which I always enjoy because I know I’ll be getting exactly what I want.
We got the plate, which is their biggest size. I finished mine in one sitting, but my sister had leftovers.
She was like “Oh, there’s an orange!” which we weren’t expecting, but it was good and really sweet, although it also had a bit of sourness.
This is a good place to go if all you want is a quick, healthy meal. Like we barely placed our orders and filled our cups with soda when a few minutes later our food was already being brought to our table.
I noticed as we sat by one of the big windows a banner saying it was under new management. I don’t know how it was before, but how it is now is perfectly fine.
I think this was part of their training, but even though they were helping another customer the employees still managed to say goodbye to us as we were leaving.
Overall it was a good experience.

Avoid!!! Under new management!!! Went yesterday and the cashier didn’t know how to ring me up, I spent 5min trying to order a basic bowl and the cook was too busy talking to the cashier about random stuff to focus on cooking my food. The chicken was severely undercooked and the vegetables were hard and dry, I have been throwing up since I ate it. I should’ve known better, I will not be returning. This may not have been the greatest location, but at least they cooked their food.

We paid for 3 bowls and didn’t find out until we were home they only gave us 2 bowls. That’s $10 basically stolen from us. The food we actually got was good, but they need to make sure to give people their entire order….

Friendly staff from the counter to kitchen! I was welcomed as soon as I came in. I noticed the dining area was spotless as were the restrooms! Food was delicious as always! My favorite spot for a healthy meal.

I’ve been coming here since a teenager. I recently started coming regularly though for my new diet. Let me tell you, I’ve lost about 30 pounds from eating this healthy food right here ! The food is top notch, healthy 100% as well, but I like to say it starts off with the customer service. Their service here is amazing, and the people here are genuine. The young lady with the glasses always helps me and she is such a kind and full spirited individual. I will continue to come here and will continue to eat their good chicken and veggies !

Very poor customer service. Went in to pick up an order and asked for extra sauce and was denied. I asked the cashier at front if I can buy the extra sauce and he said no because he was to busy and there was no one in the resteruant.

Went here today and they didn’t want to take my order because it was tofu so the lady started asking people behind me if anyone was doing chicken and took FIVE people behind me just because she said tofu takes extra time to cook. Like what the heck I could have paid for my food while waiting, this is very unprofessional and then on top of it once I finally was able to order she didn’t like how I wanted extra veggies and no salad, gave me a freaking attitude about it! The cook didn’t want to do it. Like I paid extra for veggies and you don’t want to do what the customer wanted. This place is a franchise and it has terrible service, really disappointed because it is a family location and I wanted to give them a chance. These older ladies don’t want to work then don’t be here.
