Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. Went here today and they didn’t want to take my order because it was tofu so the lady started asking people behind me if anyone was doing chicken and took FIVE people behind me just because she said tofu takes extra time to cook. Like what the heck I could have paid for my food while waiting, this is very unprofessional and then on top of it once I finally was able to order she didn’t like how I wanted extra veggies and no salad, gave me a freaking attitude about it! The cook didn’t want to do it. Like I paid extra for veggies and you don’t want to do what the customer wanted. This place is a franchise and it has terrible service, really disappointed because it is a family location and I wanted to give them a chance. These older ladies don’t want to work then don’t be here.

I’ve been coming here since a teenager. I recently started coming regularly though for my new diet. Let me tell you, I’ve lost about 30 pounds from eating this healthy food right here ! The food is top notch, healthy 100% as well, but I like to say it starts off with the customer service. Their service here is amazing, and the people here are genuine. The young lady with the glasses always helps me and she is such a kind and full spirited individual. I will continue to come here and will continue to eat their good chicken and veggies !

Stopped in for lunch. Had a Chicken Veggie Rice Bowl. It was delicious and very reasonable. Huge portions that will fill you up. They state that it is all healthy made and it tasted like it. The bowl was filled to the rim so it might be easier to order the plate to have more room for the food. Great fast service and very nice cashier/server. Good value for the money. They also have take out.

This is the worst flame broiler I have been to. People were nice but the food was warm, not hot and then the owner brought in broccoli from the trunk of a car (Costco box) and ??? Maybe that’s why my chicken was dry and tough. Food safe practices… I think not. Sorry but never going back, and I work near by. Plus cheap fruit on meal plate, An orange half? How are we supposed to eat that with a fork?
