Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. It’s been long time have been to Flame Broiler to get a good meal from there I decided come to this Flame Broiler in Montebello to get a meal before I go to work. I step in and walk to the counter and Look at the menus and decided what to order. I decided to order the chicken plate with brown rice and vegetables to go. When I arrive home I can smell the aroma of food I took a bite it was so good so much flavor especially the chicken so much flavor and so tender. The brown rice was really good and the vegetables I really enjoy it very much.

The chicken bowls are delicious. The teriyaki sauce is salty not really sweet. The hot sauce is vinegary. Overall the food is good. If you have a sensitive stomach, I do not recommend the side condiments.

Besides the fact that the place usually smells like dirty water, a couple of the service staff have very rude, strange and unfriendly attitudes. Used to come here before it sucked. Now I definitely won’t be back. And girls, time to ditch the masks don’t ya think? Maybe it would help your attitudes.

The food wasn’t fresh. The Vegiess was over cooked like they were made a while ago, and the protein wasn’t fresh either. I watched the cashier that was mopping the floor by the front counter, sit the mop down to take my order, then pick the mop up and go in the back and sit the mop against the wall and make my food without washing his hands. And the meat and veggies was already made and sitting in these pans

I just want to say that not only the food is good here, but also their customer service. There was only one gentleman working today. He was the cashier and the cook. He had so many customers, yet as busy as he was, he was efficient, friendly, and acknowledged each person as they walked in. This guy needs a raise for all his hard work. Thank you

From my experience today, Great Flame Broiler location. Got myself a chicken bowl special. Came with a drink for about 7.00. Well worth it. I was pleasantly greeted by Martin who took my order and offered a few options to go with my bowl. Other places don’t really offer. A thank also goes to the cook Micheal for quickly putting together the delicious meal just as I ordered it. I didn’t even wait for more than a few minutes. I Recommend this place for good service and a delicious chicken bowl.

If you like a healthy and tasty meal, try Flame Broiler. It’s a white or brown rice bowl with a decent helping of vegetables and your choice of flame broiled chicken, beef, or tofu. I have tried all three varieties, and I enjoy them all. You can also control the portion of your meal since they have mini-bowls, regular bowls, and large bowls (for the really hungry person.) I personally think the mini-bowl is filling. In addition, if you like spicy food, they have hot sauces to top your meal with or jalapenos. Try the double hot green sauce if you dare. This location in Montebello is clean and not too crowded.
