I have reviewed a lot of restaurants now. This is my my 4th Brazilian Steakhouse. My first was in Portugal, that place was out of this world. This place has a better atmosphere and the food is just as good. From the salad bar to the pineapple dessert is just amazing. There are of course my favorite meats, but you really can’t go wrong trying them all over and over. Its pricey, but we’ll worth every penny.

This was supposed to be a big deal. We dressed up for this. After making reservations we couldn’t wait. This was the 80th birthday party for my father in law. There were nine of us, including grandkids and daughters and in-laws. Two people came from out of state for this.

Things started out good. We saw many meats within the first 20 minutes or so. Then 15 or so mins go by and we received some requested well-done meat for one of our out-of-town guests. 20 mins later they ask how we are. We said we’d like some meat. They brought back some prime rib and flank steak. That’s it. Nearly 40 minutes went by with empty plates. We sat around thinking we’d get a second chance to eat the sausage or various chickens or that bacon-wrapped thing. Finally everyone said they were leaving. I waited with the cash. Not just to pay but out of curiosity to see how long it would take for anyone to even notice. Ten or so minutes later the waiter comes in asking where everyone went. He said they were going to provide cake. It was $450 dollars so I gave him $600. It wasn’t until then we flipped the coin to red side up. Should’ve stuffed him but he seemed like a good kid. There’s no excuse for this kind of mismanagement. I told everyone how Brazilian steakhouses work and how you will get so full and try so many things that you’ll put the red flag up or flip the red side of the coin up. It was just a disaster. At least three of us had dinner somewhere else later that evening. Every other Brazilian steakhouse has left me full through the next day. It was supposed to be a big deal.

This was probably the worst visit I’ve had. Makes me reluctant to deem it my favorite steakhouse. The service was poor to say the least. We were skipped so many times it seemed as if it was intentional. The food was fine – the little I actually got, VERY salty meats. The only server I’d say actually provided service I am accustomed to was one of the meat servers he had dark hair in a pony tail. The atmosphere was normal being sat next to the bar provided a much noisier busy atmosphere than if you sat actually inside the restaurant.

We consider ourselves reasonable people and enjoy good food and service. Our visit a few months ago was disappointing but we decided to give it one last try.

We were sat in corner of a row of 4 empty tables. We both visited the salad bar and within 10 min my husband flipped his coin over for meat service. We watched multiple meats being walked around but never to our row or table. After we watched this happen with 6 different meats, I flagged one of the servers down as he was preceding to walk past our row. He asked for our patience as they were busy. We asked the waitress for Picanha which did show up but nothing after that (it’s like she assumed that is all my husband wanted). Finally one more choice of meat and pineapple. 40 min into our dinner (husband was pretty much just watching me eat from salad bar) the manager stopped at our table. We explained how our row continued to be passed by and we had watched multiple servers deliver meat to tables behind and around us. She asked for us to be patient. To be patient when we see EVERYONE around us being served? After her visit my husband miraculously received the service he deserved. As we were finishing up another couple was seated at the other end of row. Within minutes of them flipping their coin the servers were in line at their table waiting to give them their choice of meat. To ask for patience is understandable if we were being unreasonable. Watching servers walk to every table but ours is not acceptable. To use the ‘busy’ excuse when we watched them go to every table multiple times around us is not acceptable. It’s obvious they have a specific route for the meat service and failed to notice that we were sitting in the otherwise empty row. Instead of taking accountability, the manager, along with the servers, insinuated we were just impatient.

They don’t have enough servers . Our ship was on Green for 20 minutes before we ever even seen one piece of meat. They did not want to cut more than one little piece of meat at a time when they did come by. The waitress was chewing bubblegum the entire time she was taking her order. As far as I’m concerned, it was not worth what I paid. I’ve had better steak cuts from Dennies.

My family historically loves this place. This trip was different. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were seated in a far back corner against a wall.
The salad bar is great, and the options are too.

The food was just okay, any meat with garlic was almost to much to eat, even the lamb chops which are my favorite. The bacon wrapped meats had bacon that was way overcooked. We even had filet that had no seasoning.
To end the evening a 13 dollar desert of cheesecake had a slice that was so small, this was not normal for the Flame.

This is one of those places that should be on your list of must go places! They have the best salad bar in the area, and when it comes to the meats… OMG! What a great place! Come try them soon, you will not be disappointed!

Me and my mom have been wanting to come here for a long time, and it was absolutely fantastic!
The salad bar had an array of items including oysters, prosciutto, salami, sushi, rice, lobster bisque, and an entire wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano!
Our waiter Justin was awesome! Very attentive and polite.
We started with white wine sangrias which were great.
The meats came out fast and were cooked to perfection. Very Very tender and juicy. Accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes, fried banana, and Brazillian cheese bread. Absolutely delicious!
For dessert we shared a creme brulee.
It was the best creme brulee we’ve ever had.
It’s pricey but definitely worth it in our opinion. Absolutely amazing experience! Needless to say, we will be coming back!

The food was good, the chicken was the most impressive…the flavor was so explosive and delicious. I just don’t understand why you serve prosciutto and Genoa with cheddar and not Italian cheeses like provolone. I would like to see some rotation of your staple items on the buffet. The rice, lobster bisque, tilapia, (think Chicken Piccata or Marsala.). Maybe, rotate with some different kinds of rice, baby bakers, different chowders, and lentil soups.
I skipped a lot on my second visit because it was boring, bland. And redundant.
The service was great we will be back.
Expect to spend about $100 apiece for a satisfying experience. oh, one more thing… Having affordable wine was a nice courtesy for us average guys with humble budgets. THANKS,

See ya soon!

We eat here about twice a year, for special occasions, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! They let the dirty dishes just pile up on your table. We waited a long time for meat and made several trips to the salad bar. There were 5 of us and everyone had 3 plates staked in front of them. I asked to get some plates cleared and the reply was ‘ill come back for that’ and never did.
The meat was either super salty or bland. The salad bar was messy with food spilt and not cleaned up.
We love steak and live nearby but I am done with this restaurant. Who wants to pay a couple hundred dollars to eat at a table full of dirty dishes….
Could not get drinks or refills on water
Our server was nice but never came around to check on us. The restaurant was very quiet and almost empty on a Friday night. I expected them to provide much better service. I am very disappointed for the price we paid
