The beautifully remodeled Flambe Karma owned by some dear friends is back and better than ever! Everything from their incredible masla tea, garlic cilantro nan, to their special goat curry and xacuti chicken was absolutely amazing and so rich in wonderful flavors that any true foodie will appreciate. Oh and I can’t forget the spectacular rice pudding! I can’t wait to go back!!! And my awesome server, Sam, was truly exceptional. Best Indian food in NW IL hands down by a few thousand mile long margin. Must go to Flambe Karma, if you love Indian food and in the buffalo grove area! I guarantee a delicious meal.

We had such a delicious meal at Flambé Karma. Everything we ordered was fantastic, but the mango habanero paneer was next-level—perfectly balanced, bold, and seriously addictive.
And the kadai chicken? Easily one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. So flavorful, rich, and cooked just right.

Food was really tasty. The butter chicken and chicken vindaloo were really good. The naan was also great. I wish it was less dim in the restaurant.

I used to think that I didn’t like Indian food, Flambé changed that completely. The atmosphere is very relaxed and low key, but still feels classy. Despite that, it’s really not that expensive. The service is top notch too; our waiter Sam was attentive and personable.

Really lovely restaurant and great service. I had a veggie curry dish that came with loads of rice and was a very generous serving. All the food at my table looked delicious, our waters were kept full, service was warm and helpful. Great dining experience. Sam, our server was wonderful. Tysm!

This is one of my favorite restaurants! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in, to providing service at the table, and as you leave. The hospitality is truly unmatched.
The food is just as phenomenal as the service. I have tried several different dishes each time and have consistently been impressed. The tandoori chicken in particular was very flavorful and juicy. The flavors of every dish are wonderful and it is clear that genuine care and effort is put into everything they bring to the table.
This is one of my favorite places to eat, especially with friends and family! If you are considering trying it, please go! You will not be disappointed.
