Great place, don’t miss this one! Can’t wait to go back and try a bunch of new things next time.
We had an amazing experience with the owner Suzy, who went above and beyond. As well as the staff and chef that helped with the event. The food was incredible, the venue decorated perfectly, and the service was worth every penny!
I know this review does not exactly embody the restaurant itself but it does exemplify how great the food, wine, service, and ambiance the restaurant has.
The wine collection is very thoughtful and curated and the service was warm, attentive and knowledgeable. It’s clear that a lot of care went into both the wine and overall experience.
For the beer lovers, they currently lacked a West Coast IPA on draft, which is expected at a bars like this, especially in its native region.
The live music is a plus. Not too loud and adds to the overall cozy vibes. Tonight, they featured a guitarist/singer.
One small note for the maître d’:
A softer lighting ambiance, especially in the dining area, would elevate this establishment to much greater heights. The light fixtures are cleverly made from wine barrels, but the lights themselves could be updated, or at the very least, dimmed more.
Still thinking about the pear soup with popping pomegranate seeds in it….. Delish !!! Looking forward to my next visit there.
