I devoured their pineapple pizza. I love their big slices. Two took care of me but the third topped me off for dinner. I was upset that I didn’t leave room for the wings. The hot wings showed my nose no mercy, it was just letting me know that they were unenjoyed deliciousness. I’m just so happy I have food for like 2 more meals. Their style of cheese makes the pie. It’s not greasy and all fulfilling. Will be ordering from here again.

Love Five Star pizza but the customer service at this location my mother received yesterday was unacceptable. The MANAGER was very rude closed the window in her face! Refused to accommodate her on the pizzas they messed up. And refused to give out his managers information. If this is their policy then it explains why they have him working for them. This is the pizza that they tried to serve us.

I’ve loved 5star for a while yet I said after my last visit I wouldn’t return because their prices on the site doesn’t match actual prices. They sent me a $12 coupon for Xmas so I decided to give them another chance. This time I called multiple times yet they kept placing me on hold. My shop is only 3 minutes away so I just drove over. The girl up front was on her phone and placing all calls on hold. Sure I’m high and have the munchies but I placed my order, waited 20 minutes just to receive the incorrect pizza. I hate onions and would never ask for them to be added to anything. I’m in my truck now waiting for the right pizza because they wouldn’t deliver across the street with urgency even though they made the mistake. Finally received pizza after waiting 72 minutes in the parking lot. The pizza was wrong again. It had all the things I asked for but the toppings were incorrectly placed. I ordered 16” all the meats add pineapple and jalapeños. I received that however the jalapeños are on one 1/2 and the pineapple is on the other 1/2. Service couldn’t be worse. Will not return even though I’m this close.

The lady on the phone was a little upset because we called late but the man inside was super sincere and really did it and we prayed that it blessed the hands that made it i know he did!!! Thank you for taking our order 30 minutes before closing. Appreciate yall.

I’m always happy with my 5 Star pizza purchases. We usually get the Piezilla with pepperoni and have it square cut. The square cut is great, especially for little kids to hold.

My family loved their pizza. However their customer service is terrible. We placed an order for delivery the day of Florida Georgia game. The manager called me to advise they could deliver because I lived downtown, in which I do not live in downtown. I live in Brooklyn which is literally 10mins from them and you do not have to drive through downtown to get to where we stay. The manager didn’t care when I advised him of that and a route to take. He didn’t provide and solution and just set quietly on the phone until I advised them to cancel our order. Very disappointed in this establishment and how a manager handled the situation.

I definitely cannot complain. Ordered online and had a gift card they placed on my door around Christmas time that didn’t have a code, so I informed them in the special comments/delivery instructions. When they got to my house they honored it with no problem. Pizza was fresh and hot when it arrived and very cheesy, which is obviously great! The garlic butter knots were good as well. Will definitely order here again. Delivery was also fast as well and the driver was very polite.
