I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was far from what I expected. The pizza was not fresh — it tasted like it had been sitting for a while before being delivered. The crust was soggy, the toppings were uneven, and the cheese didn’t even seem melted all the way through.
To make things worse, the customer service was unhelpful when I called to address the issue. Instead of trying to make it right, the person on the phone sounded irritated and dismissive. For a place that calls itself “5 Star Pizza,” the quality and professionalism just didn’t match the name. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

They have great service and their pizza is our absolute favorite. Unfortunately we will have to stop eating here for now. It has now run through our family faster than taco bell ever could. That’s the nicest way I could think to put it. I am unsure of why this is but I only can suspect the use of no gloves when preparing the food and someone forgetting to wash their hands.
I’m still giving a high rating because this place is absolutely awesome. As I said I can only suspect the above reasoning I can not confirm that is the cause. Either way we have to Unfortunately part ways. Hope nothing but the best for this place

EDIT: Since the last review, we haven’t had any other issues as far as delivery of our orders. The pizzas have shown up perfect and hot like they did before. We do Pizza Fridays every week for our daughter since she could live on pizza and we usually end up seeing our favorite driver, Sonya. She is always so sweet when she comes. She says hi to all the kiddos (I have twin boys as well) and it’s always such a pleasure seeing her. We will surely miss our Pizza Fridays with 5 Star and Sonya when we move this summer 🙁

This location was a takeout and delivery only location; this accounts for the 3 star rating for “atmosphere”. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. We were a walk-in order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Nice sauce, great dough/crust, cooked just right! You can watch your pizza being made as the kitchen is “open concept” and very clean. Better than other local places we’ve tried.

I used to love this pizza. But the last time I ordered, my pizza bread was molded. I don’t know how much I ate but less than 36 hours later, I had chills, body aches and a stabbing headache for about 5 days. Whatever was in this pizza disrupted my immune system and it was fighting. The cheese was layered on so thick, it was thicker than the pizza crust.

Awesome pizza, Great taste and loaded!!! Revisited many more times and it’s hit or miss. Today another pizzela half everything and half meat. It was pretty empty on toppings for the 3rd time…. 42$ Acting like a Domino’s and Pizza Hut now.

First time trying this pizza joint. I was only slightly disappointed. The pizza itself was undercooked and honestly it had too much cheese (if there’s such a thing) and maybe I ordered the wrong pizza to try for our first time. It could have used a little more sauce and less cheese. The cheese sticks and the garlic knots had better flavor. I’d still try this place again.

Ordered from this location during the day, I didnt take pictures but they did an alright job. About 3/5 for day time. Seemed way more slapped together during the day, obviously they are more busy but, no excuses. Night time tho, is what you guys are seeing in the pics. They did a great job 2 times so far at night, 1-3am. 5/5 stars, which evens it out to my review of 4/5. Night shift takes the win. Day shift racks-a-disiprine.
