KING OF HIT AND MISS.
FRresh large bread placed in plastic had sweater and pu cured through parts. See photos. Sweet buns were dough huns, no sprinkled sugar or whatever. Shame and they do not care! Yes somw.of ua keep going hoping to catch a good day.

CLled at 9am. Inquired as to time for bread and sugar bun to be ready. Told by 1130. Got there, only yesterday’s bread and no bun ans no time for when. They don’t care. How do these businesses stay profitable. See prior review below. These folks should not have business if their customer service satisfaction so poor.

Who would drive from Southernmost Southwest Broward county to buy bread in Lauderdale Lakes??? I do. Reason being this establishment makes the best bread if you are going to use it within a day or 2. Went 3 weeks ago and spent close to $100. Things were ok. Went on Wednesday and was very disappointed. Sweet bread was coming out the oven so l purchased 2. I waited 20 minutes even though when l called earlier, l was told they would be ready around 10:30. It was around 11:30 when l arrived. By Thursday, they were hard as a rock! Bread today is dry. Bad thing l purchased 2 large! Where’s the beef in the patty? Juices are overpriced. Of course in today’s economy that is expected but overpriced. Atmosphere is unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate Jamaican establishments and l can’t really comment on other Caribbean establishments…..majority you find untrained front counter staff, mediocre esthetic presentation. The patty heaters need to be cleaned. But such things don’t seem to matter. The owners are apparently not even responding to customer concerns. Why, most people aren’t bothered by what they receive for their money.
I don’t know about driving so far again with so many nuances.

I have been coming to the bakery since I was in High school! It’s like the quality and the portion of meat has reduced. I had to write a review because this is my 3rd time with this kind of quality of food. The patties and meatloaf just aren’t it anymore. However, the coco bread is still good.

I have been coming here since I was 14 years old and I am almost 39 years old now. The chicken and beef patties used to be the best. I am quite disappointed at how the authenticity and the meat filling has declined in quality. Look at this beef patty. The patty filling does not even look like beef.

Patties were delightful. Love the taste. however, I do wish the patty had more meat filling in it.
Customer service personnel seemed a bit annoyed. Those type of people should work in the BACK; if you lack Proper Customer Service Etiquette.
If the Owner sees this… please tighten up on Good Customer Service. We’re in a recession, and every Support is deemed a Blessing these days.

I bought a large (looked like a medium) white bread this week, and it was not fully baked. The middle of the bread was basically raw, and I mean I took a slice and was kneading it like raw flour just to prove how raw it was. I don’t know if they’re trying to bake the breads quickly to increase sales, but it’s pointless if you lose customers because of poor product quality.
