I don’t understand. You have a large seating area and on one of the busiest nights of the year with the Christmas parade you don’t have capacity to take our money. The queue was out of the door but the majority of people behind us just left, constantly leaving the line to go elsewhere. No festive atmosphere inside – music nor decoration. I love the food and I’m sure lots of others would too if they could buy it. If you could get a lot of people through on nights like this to try the food then I’m sure they would return throughout the year. Never seen this place reach capacity but I can see why when it seems to struggle with more than 3 orders at a time. Three POS available but only one guy serving. He was very lovely to speak with. Unfortunately it just seems like the place is running with as few staff as possible, and us customers can feel it. Seems a waste of a prime retail area to me if they aren’t putting in any effort and just hoping people will walk in off the street. But if they do, then you won’t be served for a long time.

Oh My God! These burgers are massive and the best. And extra fries.. .!!! You can customise milkshakes as you like… If I knew this before I’d have asked for a complex mixture. Hopefully next time for sure.. Coke freestyle machine helps you choose your own drink combination… Isn’t this heaven or what?

We always Visit Five Guys at birthdays and always enjoy the food.
the burgers were amazing on this visit, however
We will criticise 2 things.
1) the lack of BBQ sauce on this visit – we were given 1 drink free because of this.
2) The Coke branded drinks machines are never working correctly. 1 of them was totally off this time and the other was leaking all over the floor, to the point that you had to walk through puddles of water to get to the counter ot the bin.
Usually there are multiple flavours missing but on this occasion all flavours were available in the 1 machine

Food was great, the machine run out of syrup and the server (not sure who) did everything he could and more to assist us as he didn’t have chance to sort it by the time we left as it was busy. Initially displeased but left feeling really good thanks to the staff

Ok so probably not a good idea to order a delivery. Tip number 1.
Food was cold- delivery a bit late and items missing.
Paid £19.99 for a burger it was good but not almost £20 good.
Fries were tasty but cold – bit too spicy for my daughter but I liked them.
I think I’ll just make my own next time and save myself a small fortune.

Visited while on holiday. We had two burgers, a bacon dog, a veggie sandwich with a patty, and chips, plus drinks. The burgers and dog were up to the normal Five Guys standard, but the chips were not very good. Almost like they had been cooked, then cooled, then recooked again. They were sort of browned, but not crispy. Difficult to explain, but made them a bit chewy! Drinks machine didn’t have all the options available. The location seems away from the main road and it was not busy, so maybe the chips had been waiting for us to arrive. Staff friendly.

1st time at five guys so wasn’t sure what to expect. The ordering was very straight forward and the staff were lovely.
My burger was so so tasty and the fries , although very salty at first until u got 7sed ro them, were deish. I will defo cubit again and try different combos on my burger and DEFO try a milkshake.
Price wise I found it a little steep, 29 quid for 2 burgers,1 fries and 2 drinks but the burgers were defo next level

We tried many Five Guys in the US and this is literally an exact duplicate of the friendly service, freshly cooked, speedy order, just perfect. If you’re after a quality burger fries and milkshake, go no further than Five Guys.
Milkshakes are a must.
Don’t go Plain on the burger, simply go ‘All the way’ and it’ll be fully loaded as it should be.
