We are always extremely happy with this location. The food is consistently great, and we often find ourselves craving it. If it weren’t so pricey, we would honestly come even more often.
The burgers are always cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and exactly the way they should be. The fries are golden, crispy, and well-cooked every single time. The staff are always very polite, kind, and incredibly helpful, which makes the whole experience even better.
There is plenty of seating inside, and it’s a comfortable place to visit as a family or with children. Overall, we are always satisfied here. Highly recommended!

Delicious Burger & Fries, But Check the Peanuts!
The burger was fantastic – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The fries were equally impressive.
However, I had a concerning experience with the complimentary peanuts. Some of the peanuts were clearly moldy. Given that mold, can be highly toxic, I strongly urge everyone to exercise caution and inspect the peanuts carefully before consuming them.

We haven’t been to Five Guys in a few years, this Five Guys did not disappoint! Great service, incredible portion sizes, tasty milkshakes and great burgers!
Will come back with little one next time, looks like they have a great kid’s menu and colouring for little ones as well!

Extremely overpriced!
Food was relatively bland, felt very greasy and stodgey.
Portion sizes are nothing special…
Very overhyped chain.
For the money you spend it is not worth it at all.
£11 for a cheeseburger?!
You can go to a proper restaurant and get a burger cooked for you by a proper chef with way more sides for that money….
Alternatively if you want fast food, you can get 9x as many burgers for the price if you go to McDonald’s! No chance 5guys is 9x better or you get 9x as much food.
Alternatively burger king will offer a comparable burger of size and quality at less than 1/4 of the price!!
Much better options out there.

The burgers are pretty good. Everything else sucks. Very expensive, didn’t get the milkshake in the takeaway bag. Very busy, has to wait five minutes to even place the order. They give you a crazy number of chips. What a waste of food

Firstly I last came here around 3 years ago the staff were courteous and patient .
The food was out of this world
I came back today at lunch time with my partner because I had raved about it so much , how wrong was I !!!!!!!
The young guy who took are order was pushy would not allow us time to read the menu board and wanted a quick turnaround .
The food arrived !
The chips were soggy not a crispy edge to be found , there were plenty of them if that is a plus side , then we came to the burgers,
They were as we ordered but there was I assume grease running out of them as we took bites, the meat was dry , had very grainy texture, fell into lumps when bitten into and absolutely tasteless .
I likened them to two bits of cardboard that McDonalds serve up for which I do not go there for that reason
I feel very disappointed with my visit and for two burgers one portion of small fries one medium shake and a small shake £32 lighter in my pocket, for that price I would expect exceptional food and service as it used to be.
I would love to hear your feedback , at the moment we wouldn’t step through the door again .

Oh one last thing there were a group of people vaping in on the table next to me and not one member of staff came over to confront them , I feel I should not have to take action and ask them to stop in a public restaurant .

Service always seems to be slow, it seems as if they’re not enough people for stations in the kitchen. And with people still using the in-person till everything else takes a hit. I always feel for the staff here who seem to be constantly on go mode with no respite.
