From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere at this Five Guys location was welcoming and spotless. Their consistency continues to impress—top-tier service, warm hospitality, and a customer-first attitude every time.
First, it was ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ inside, so Please, Please, Please Turn Down the AC!
We ordered burgers and fries, keeping it classic. My dear friend went all in with a double-patty burger, while I kept it simple with a single. Both were fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were golden and crispy, and her milkshake? Smooth, rich, and downright delicious.
What really stood out was the attentiveness of the staff. They stayed on top of every customer’s needs, whether they were just walking in or already seated and enjoying their meal.
A little on the expensive side for just burgers & fries but overall a good experience from a spot that knows how to deliver. Thank you, Five Guys Lacey. We’ll be back.

I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers with everything on it except pickles. When I got it, it had pickles and no tomatoes on both. I love tomatoes on my burgers and hate pickles. They wouldn’t even make it right. This is the 3rd time this happened, the workers are just straight incompetent if they can’t read off the order menu, expect your orders to always be wrong here.

I used to love this place, always on point with no issues. Today, the neon green hair team failed me. My burger was covered in grease and soggy, my fries were overcooked and dried out, like they cooked them already and recooked them to heat them up when I came in. There was one guest there when I picked up so it wasn’t busy at all.

I’ve loved 5guys forever. However, I wish the fries had more crunch to them, the Cajun fries are always good. Love the variety of topping for the burgers and free peanuts lol. Always a nice treat to have once a while.

I love these burgers, and of course their fries. They are seriously overpriced though. A burger and Fries , no soda, should not cost $20. It was a bacon cheeseburger sure, but $20 makes this a place I rarely visit.
Cravings hit hard though, and there are limited options around here for 5 star burgers, so here we are.
I do have to say, we had in incident here where none of my family’s burger’s were seasoned. It was like they ran out of salt.
This time around it was better, and I was happy with my food.

Be careful when you eat here ! Me and my fiancé ate here and RIGHT after our stomachs hurt and he ended up puking and we both feel sick to our stomach. My burger tasted fishy as well. I normally don’t write reviews but I just wanted to warn people just in case. Normally five guys is really good but this one here was NOT it.

Love the fries (they get 5 out of 5), but the burgers can be hit or miss. I found that if you go in after a particularly long slow time, the burgers have an aftertaste of grill cleaning solution.
