Orders are always correct and the burgers are so tasty! Staff are always welcoming and answer questions. While not the most health conscious choice, its my special splurge! I love it “all the way”. The sautéed onions and mushrooms make it special. I get the little burger. I usually have to use a fork and knife as its so gooey, but that’s what makes it taste so good! Eatting in while its still hot adds to the flavor too!

Still the best burger at a good price! Made with fresh ingredients and a large fries is overloaded with real fresh potatos from a local grower and cooked in healthy peanut oil.

I get the small bacon cheese burger and we split a large fry. Fry are so yummy love grilled onions on my burger. Staff is friendly and helpful is very clean

It was okay. The beef itself was definitely fresh and so was the bacon. It seems to be standard that the burgers come with 2 patties, but I’m not sure. The fries were also fresh and well seasoned. They are soft and slightly crisp. They were okay, but not life-changing like everyone says they are. You definitely will be loaded up with fries! Expect to receive more than you can handle and order yourself a small serving. As for the negatives, the mushrooms seemed to be canned; they were rubbery and soggy. They caused the bread to become very wet and revert to a dough-like consistency. Such a shame. The bell pepper was raw, which surprised me because the onions were sauteed. Why not cook them together? Disappointing for sure. Overall, it’s not as good as the hype. Especially because the price is VERY HIGH. We did not order drinks and we both paid $21+ for the burger and fries. I would not come back just because I can find cheaper options for healthier, tastier food elsewhere. I’d never been to a 5 Guys before, and it’s just meh tbh.

Best burger I have had in soooo long!! The bacon had the perfect crisp, the burger was juicy, and the bun was really soft!! Don’t get me started on the Cajun fries…so good even though my lips were on fire!! Not to mention that the fries in my pic are just the little fries!!

I tried five guys for the first time today and the burger was okay, nothing special. It was definitely condiment heavy. And although I got the little burger I expected a little bit bigger beef patty for a $20 meal. And honestly I’d rather have a normal serving of fries than to be paying extra for three times as many fries as I’m going to eat. I can’t imagine what their larger, what they consider their regular Burger and large fry would be especially if you added something like bacon is that a $30 combo? Ridiculous. Five guys is a one and done for me. I have no need to go back there.

It’s over priced really fries had so much season on them I didn’t want to eat them. The cheeseburger was delicious so 4 stars for that it was best I’ve eaten in quite awhile! Food in a bag is different but we made it work

The beef was good on my bacon burger. We paid for a bacon burger but when I got home there was no bacon on it and my buns were soaked and mushy. My husband had the same problem. Our fries were so salty that we had to throw them away.
It would be a good idea to wrap the burgers in something else to help the buns to not get soggy. They need to use less salt so you don’t feel like you are eating a salt lick.
This is our first time going and we will not go back.

Fries are fire! I love that you can add whatever you want to your burgers and milkshakes. I added raw bell pepper to my burger and it was so delicious. My kids were super full and satisfied.

The food was nothing special. The cashier was very sweet. The dining area, disgusting. It looked as if nothing had been swept. I had to clean off the table myself. And the pop selection was very limited.
