First of four customers. Grill guy had great burgers ready in about six minutes. It took twelve minutes for the other three do nothings drifting around to place already made fries in my bag and give it to me. Disorganized at best. There is no manager running this show. 2/2 times like this for me.
$60 for two burgers one fry and two shakes? Nope. Back to Boss Burger for half the price and twice as fast.

Five Guys burgers are usually pretty good and the staff are always nice when we pick up our orders at this location. Unfortunately, my last order resulted in a bacon cheeseburger without the two hamburger patties and without the cheese. It was super disappointing to get home and find out I just have a bun with bacon and toppings, and they were already closed by the time I noticed. The french fries were also pretty cold. The other two burgers we ordered were correct and the milkshakes were good. Maybe this was a one time mistake. Hopefully it won’t happen again in the future.

Restaurant was clean. My salted caramel shake was good but $7.99 for a small shake is a lot. I usually love the five guys fries. They are like my grandma used to make fresh from potatoes. But recently, the fries was terrible! They were drenched in oil and overcooked. So it was crisp on the outside and nearly hollow on the inside. So disappointing!

1st time visitors. Bright, clean and the cashier was very nice. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and small fries. Sticker shock!! $21.28 for this? Maybe for people with deep pockets, not me. The food was very tasty, though I won’t be back. Too high priced for me.

The old man with the glasses and the mexican cook was just staring me down as I walked into the store my first time, not a hello or nothing, just staring me down as I’m walking in like I’m about to rob the place or like I was in a sundown town. Also the skinny black dude also shows preferential treatment to certain customers, saw him say have a good night to a group of caucasian people but when I walk up all I get is a blank stare, not even a “what can I get for you”, just silence.

Good burger. Burgers are made to order. Choose your toppings and condiments to your liking. Eat free peanuts while you wait.

The food was good and well presented. Fast service and welcoming environment. It’s nice that they opened a five guys in the area.

Was looking for an afternoon brunch. One of the main reasons I go, is the peanuts. Which I cannot eat. I have no teeth, I get them for my friends, the squirrels. They love those peanuts?

it took them ONE visit to ruin this place for me for good. i went in today to get a burger and fries. they put the wrong condiments on the burger so i walked back up there to get it remade. the cashier placed the remake order and then a girl behind the counter gets a BIG attitude about it and starts asking if he verified the original receipt all type of stuff. so then i just sit there and wait…FOR THIRTY MINUTES — and i have RECEIPTS to verify this information — without being served. NEW customers came and went and i was still just sitting in my seat. my number is 25. they were serving order number 28 when i walked out. so how did i get skipped???? the food here costs ENTIRELY TOO MUCH MONEY for them to be acting like this. i was never rude or anything. best of luck to this place. no wonder it’s so EMPTY despite them just opening. never going back

I have only ever ordered from this location via online. I’ve never received a incorrect order and staff has always been friendly and professional.
Food is tasty and never have been disappointed in its quality.
With that being said, I can no longer justify coming to this location or any Five Guys restaurant.
This pricing for “good quality” ingredients is just way too much. For an individual to average $25-35 dollars for a burger, fry, and drink is just too much for a consumer to spend at what is essentially a fast food joint.
