This burger place offers a really great overall experience and is definitely worth a visit.
First of all, the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, polite, and patient. Even when the restaurant is busy, everything runs smoothly, and you never feel rushed or ignored.
The food is a highlight. The burgers are delicious — the patties are juicy and full of flavor, not dry or overcooked. The buns are soft and fresh, and everything is well balanced.
The fries are also very good: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and clearly freshly made. They taste great even on their own.
The environment is clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating. It works well whether you’re eating with friends, family, or just stopping by for a quick meal.
Another big plus is the convenient location. It’s easy to get to, and parking is convenient, which makes the whole experience even better.
Overall, this is a solid burger spot with good food, great service, and a comfortable setting.

I enjoyed a late night dinner here. I had the patty melt. Not much to brag about. It had little flavor. The meal was prepared quickly and the order was correct
No need to order anything other than small fry as they really load up your bag with fries.
This is a great place for a cheap date night. They offer free peanuts and free water.

It’s ok. I’ve been to a few places from the same chain and somehow the food was a little better in many of them.
I ordered a cheeseburger and wasn’t very happy about it. Something is wrong with the meat patty, it wasn’t only bland, it felt like something was added that didn’t feel right and didn’t taste right at least when comparing with other burger restaurants. Considering the price it’s really not worth it. Fries on the other hand are excellent, one of the best I ever had !

Came in with the lunch rush on Friday 11/14. Despite a full restaurant, my burger came out quickly, perfectly prepared and melt in your mouth delicious!
The ingredients were so slightly on the less cooked side (grilled onions and mushrooms) but still great, and understandable since they were so busy. The most stand out part of this hit-the-spot lunch was the welcoming staff and good vibes. Jairo took my order, super friendly and accommodating even during a rush!! The women on staff were very kind as well. Quite possibly my favorite Five Guys experience- which is saying something.

Best fish and shrimp tacos! Top quality from the ocean beach stand from a urban taco truck gets my repeat business. Equal to or better than the 5 star beach hotels or local beach front taco shacks. Sorry beach front shaded hammocks hanging from palm trees.

This is the new Five Guys Burgers and Fries location in the old Sears Automotive building along 148th Avenue Northeast in Redmond. The burgers are fairly good, I think they taste better if you get a double, but the fries I think are the best thing on the menu. Very good and accurate service and clean restaurant and there’s a nice seating place outside. Only real drawback I would say are the prices, kind of steep for what you get, but okay for a once in awhile treat.

Good juicy burger, crunchy bacon, and unfortunately, American cheese for the fail. I should have asked what kind of cheese it was before ordering. I think it tastes fake and ruins the flavor of everything else.

I stop by this 5 guys location for dinner on my route for work about 2-3 times a month.
I stopped by today and after I finished ordering at the counter, I attempted to pay with a 100 bill and the man refused. I told him it’s all I have on me at the moment. He refused and said he doesn’t have change. I said okay and exited the building. It was very disappointing to have my money turned away. I used to work in restaurants and know it’s required to have enough cash to change large bills. Or maybe it was just bad luck. Either way, I left hungry and the Dicks hamburgers in crossroads had no issue changing my 100 bill for a 11 dollar order. Thank you Dicks!

Never disappointed. I come here about once a week and always enjoy a little bacon cheeseburger or the big one. Shakes are good, but not my favorite ever – just personal preference. The burgers are really the stars – crumbly, lean, perfectly cooked patties, CRISP bacon, good veggies (lettuce/tomatoes/onion), great buns.
