If there is a better burger place in salem I would love to know where it is. The fact that I can have grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on my burger top notch 5 guys!!! My kids love the peanuts while waiting for a burger and the make your own coke machines are a huge hit with them. That’s not even speaking to the mountain of fries that are made fresh and from actual potatoes not a frozen bag. This place is on the pricier side as far as fast food would be concerned but I view them more as a modern take on the classic diner so the cost is appropriate when you look at the slop you get from many places these days due to the cost to provide the quality they do.

Went in for the online special buy one get one free.. and unfortunately when I cashed out the coupon didn’t apply after I had added it. I asked the only 2 managers (male) for assistance and they acted as if I was an inconvenience…& I totally understand I’d hate to deal with costumers when it’s that busy! I do want to say and praise the female that did help and assisted me! She offered a milkshake which I’m grateful for as I did ask for a refund but it was more than amazing. That’s the type of person y’all should be giving raises too! She deserves a black shirt! Wish I caught miss girls name! Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Female manager refused to help me make a simple adjustment to my online order. Claimed to be the manager yet did not know how to help me cancel an order, did not know how to work the app, did not know the # to customer service and said I had to figure it out and refused to give me her name. I’m gutted because I used to love this place but I will not be a returning customer. For someone to be in a management position and not know basic information about the restaurant YOU manage is absolutely embarrassing.

The customer service was great and they even assisted in soda clean up that happened at our table. We had two small burgers one with bacon and cheese and pickles and mine had that plus lettuce, Tomato and grilled onions and mushrooms. The fries had a nice crunch and was lightly salted that was perfect for us. Would come here again for another tasty burger.

Covered both sandwiches with a ridiculous amount of half cooked grilled onions, making the sandwich mushy and disgusting. Meat wasn’t seasoned at all and forgot my bacon. $35 before tip. Yeah, no thanks. Shakes are good.

As greated when we walked in. Register lady was hard of hearing and looked to have a hard time to deliever top customer service but did exceptionally. So i threw a small tip. I’m not sure why they where mangled so bad. But it took a tad bit on the longer side for the small amount we got but it didn’t taste bad at all. Probably won’t return but it was good. They have nice interior design.

I can’t get myself to give five stars to a fast food place, but this is pretty dang close. Burgers are always fresh and good. I don’t like the soft drink machines. These type tend to be more syrupy and less true flavors I think. This location is a little difficult to access just because of the way the streets are here, but overall a great experience

Best burgers in town, nice atmosphere, attentive staff, a bit pricey. The small fry is usually generous, the drinks can be refilled at any time with any soda. The shakes are great, the bacon and salted caramel shake is just pure heaven. The real fresh bacon pieces are very thin, super crispy, and melt into tongue magic after a brief light crunch. Use a spoon though if you get bacon in your shake.
