Five Guys consistently makes a good burger, but it IS on the expensive side. Over $20 for standard cheese burger, fries and small soda. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had, but it’s up there.
The standard size burger is good size and it’s fresh. They have a lot of toppings to choose from, some are hard to find other places, and all are included in the price to make it your way. My only criticism of the burger is the meat could use some seasoning. But most burger places don’t season their ground beef which is disappointing.
The fries are cut on premise, and they even tell you where the potatoes they’re serving were grown, which is cute. I do like the fries… they are cut thicker than most places and well done.
The service was friendly enough. The restaurant itself tries to resemble an old style diner; everything is just red or white.
Overall it’s good. Just expensive for what it is.

For me this location is not about the food sometimes U want to just be acknowledged. One of the supervisors and cook sorry can’t recall her name. However she remembered me as a guard andnd took care of me. Meaning they would close b4 I got off she would stay open fo me and my food was ready upon arrival!! As an Uber driver she doesn’t recognize me and still gives me the same care and treatment!! The food is decent not great but what burger joint is great? None that are in this price range.. lol.. the reason why I gave low atmosphere is it’s about time their chairs were more comfortable!! Lol.. They’re not thinking of the customer.

Worst Jack N Box ever. We ordered our food then a another group came in after us and they got their food first and a food delivery person came in a few minutes later and was able to get theres. We both ordered the same amount of food and we waited for 30 minutes to get ours and the employees wanted us to take our food to go. Never ever come here!!! I wish I can give it a zero star

So we have goods and bads, pros and cons. However you’d like to view it. Let’s start with the pros. The burger was good, I’d have to say the meat and bun slightly topped In & Out meat and bun. The Fries were okay. Some of them were warm oily mush. So if you like your fries that way it’s a plus. The burger was wrapped in foil which was very nice. The cons. The bad was super oily. The reason they don’t put the price on the number ticket for the bag the food comes in is because it is rediculously expensive. It was $16.50 for a double burger with a med drink and fry. Whoa wait what??? That is an insanely high price for a burger, drink and fries. Next time I’ll probably just go to the store, get the ingredients to make great burgers and eat them at home. It will come out to about the same price point.

Such a great atmosphere! Love the burgers and the individuality of it. Fries are great and the peanuts are airways a favorite. Prices are a little high but well worth it. Place is always clean and in good shape. Customer service is spot on as well.

When you are hungry for a hamburger, it is fun to go here. Of course, standing in front of the list of all the condiments can be a little intimidating.
However, it is fun to try new things here. Plus, you know it is made fresh just for you.

What a joke.Staff is clueless. The cashier named Jasmine took my order and repeated to me twice and still forgot a meal that I ordered. When food came out and I noticed and I asked about it she stated “ I didn’t hear you” . If you didn’t hear me isn’t it common sense to ask to repeat? After my second order came out they forgot our fries. When I asked the gentleman cooking about them he stated I didn’t order that. I showed him my receipt. Apology was insincere and gave body language indicating they could care less. They offered nothing to make up for my inconvenience. If you’re hiring a manager please let me know so I can turn this location into a respectable business.

2022-Oct. Lots of parking. We arrived around 4:30 pm. Staff were pleasant. They seem to enjoy their job.
There was no line when we ordered. Free peanuts. The facility and restroom was clean.
My son loved their cheese burger and their fries. This is the first time he actually finished a cheese burger. Yes, it was tasty! We also ordered 1 large fries and it was so good! Thanks to the lady that took my order and adviced me that their large fries is a lot! (I was going to order 2 large fries)
1 large fries here is equivalent to 2.5 large fries from McD. The oreo shake was good too.
