Far from the 5 guys I used to know.
It’s the little things that make 5 Guys worth the money you pay. That being said when you fail to get the order right it really kills the experience.
Also noteworthy is that the excess amount of fries we have all come to expect, might as well be a half filled bag of potatochip air.

Don’t waste your money. It was super expensive and definitely not worth the money. Order over the phone, went picked up, was ridiculously priced, and when I got home, the burgers were soggy and just fell apart when eating. I had to use a fork. we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 veggie sandwich and 2 mini burgers, 1 large fry, and 4 shakes, and it was $97. $111 with a tip. I guess i should have gone to In & Out for half the cost. I will never go back again. But I will say they had good fries

I have been here once before and while I do like how nice the restaurant itself is, the food they have SUCKS. I was left very unsatisfied with how my burger and fries tasted, and considering how expensive the food is, makes that even worse. So unless you want to waste money and be left disappointed, don’t come here, it’s not worth it

As expected, delicious hamburgers & fries. Service was excellent. Note to new customers: the normal hamburgers have two patties. The “Little” hamburgers have one pattie. Also, they give you tons of fries. You don’t need to order fries for each person. For 5 people we should have only got two Regular size fries.
One thing I really liked was that they put numbers on the hamburger wrappers in the same order as the receipt. It made it easy to quickly hand the food out to everyone.

Best burger ever! Best fries ever! Five Guys does it all. The burger is outstanding. And the fries, unlike In and Out, taste as fresh as possible and also taste like fresh potatoes. Greatest fast food place ever.

This place used to be better when it 1st opened but now things have really gone downhill, the burgers are supposed to come well done as you can see in the picture of mine that is medium to medium rare when I asked for more mustard they made a face and handed me a packet and I had asked for a proper side because I like a lot of mustard and they made a face and slowly honored my request, the food took 27 minutes for a Burger. It’s extremely overpriced for what you get, the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the cajun fries are delicious. Also the Men’s restroom was completely unacceptable! Why would I want to come back here?

It has been a while since I have been back to 5 guys. I recently ordered a little hamburger meal, the chocolate shake was awesome, the fries were OK and the burger was not good, I don’t think they even put any salt on the burger before cooking.

Very good fries here. I ordered the double patty by mistake so wrapped up half to take home. Not much on the way of service because they don’t really have waiters.

4 of us stopped by for early dinner. They had a bit of trouble finding change for $100…once they did they came and apologized for the delay and gave us a small gift for the trouble. That is customer service!
