If you’re looking for a place where incredible food meets unparalleled customer service, look no further than Five Guys on Pico. These folks aren’t just making burgers and fries—they’re creating an experience that feels like home.
First off, let’s talk about the team. The staff here is absolutely top-notch: hardworking, kind, and genuinely passionate about making sure every customer leaves with a smile. Whether it’s the smallest gesture, like offering a cup of SODA to someone who needs it, or their dedication to supporting the local community, these people go above and beyond in ways you don’t often see anymore.
The vibe here? Impeccable. It’s clear that the managers and owners care deeply—not just about the food, but about their employees, customers, and the neighborhood. Every interaction feels personal, like they genuinely value you as a part of their extended Five Guys family.
Let’s not forget the food. From the juicy burgers to the crispy fries cooked to perfection, every bite reminds you why Five Guys stands above the rest. It’s not just a meal—it’s a masterpiece crafted with love.
But here’s the real story: this location isn’t just about business. It’s about heart. The way the team handles every situation—big or small—is a testament to their character. They’re community builders, plain and simple. You leave here not just satisfied but inspired.
To the bosses, the manager, and the owner: give these incredible people a raise. They’ve earned it, and then some. They’re the backbone of what makes Five Guys on Pico truly extraord
Five Guys on Pico isn’t just a burger joint; it’s a shining example of what customer service, hard work, and community spirit should look like. Thank you for all you do
I ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger with a little fry and a large drink. I have to admit, the burger was great. The grilled cheese bun added a different level of texture and flavor. I highly recommend it. Fries were great but could have used a little more salt. That is my personal preference, though. There were many drink options to choose from. The Hi-C is good.
Now, the employees were great and super friendly, but I noticed that one wasn’t washing his hands or wearing gloves when sweeping and cleaning the tables. It was a man with long hair. Plus for a hair net, but at least have some decency to be sanitary, especially when your store is covered in peanuts that could cause an allergy.
Overall experience was good. The store was clean except for some tagging in the restroom, service was good minus the one worker not washing his hands or wearing gloves, and the food, although very expensive, was great and well worth it. 8/10
As I’m eating, they’ve got workers walking around making sure this place stays clean. It looks good right now, all nice and clean so they’re doing good job in that area.
I know from experience that when a fast food place takes the time to ensure that the lobby is clean, then they’ve got good protocols around and it makes you feel comfortable knowing that the back of the house (kitchen ) is probably just as well taken care of, if not better than the front of the house (lobby, seating area).
If you’re driving south on Venice, it’s just past La Brea on the left-hand side and you can see it as you’re pulling up.
It’s nice brightly lit enough so that we changed our destination from the Wingstop that was hidden because we didn’t see it anywhere around, but it was supposed to be right there and instead we stopped here.
These guys are open until 10, which is good because we were having a late dinner and we were able to inhale these burgers that were super soft, super juicy, a little bit messy, but really good.
Price is much higher than other hamber franchises. I’d like to use cash back service of credit card .
Ask to cut half your hamburger when you want to eat with kid.
Not worth my time or headache for a burger.
