I’ve been a Five Guys loyalist for 15+ years now. I’ve always loved the food, but this the experience at the downtown Summerlin location took my love for the chain to a new level.
From the moment I cracked the door open, I was greeted with an energy that could only be described as love. I’ve never seen a team work so well together in food.

Manager was super cool but one employee told my 11 year-old daughter to go and sit down and when he calls the number then you could come pick up the damn french fries is that how 11-year-old or anyone is supposed to get treated I don’t think so he needs to be fired I will never eat at this restaurant again I guess he don’t like kids bad attitude very rude to a child

Well, it is Five Guys so it was really good! I do love their burgers and fries. The consistency throughout this chain is amazing. I’ve had their food across the country and it is always the same and that is a good thing. This was my first time at this location and it was a perfect Five Guys experience. The boxes of bulk peanuts, to the limited menu, to the heaping portion of fries, everything was as I expected it be in the best way possible. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area as a great place to eat.

Tried Five guys with a friend after getting my hair done. This location is a decent size lots of seating. The burgers came out quick and you get a lot of fries for one side order. The prices are also reasonable not super pricy. The burgers are made fresh and you can choose your toppings and sauces. Their drink cups are big as well. The staff was super friendly. The burgers tasted great definitely will come to eat again!

The first and only time I’ve experienced Five Guys was back in May 2017, but at a different location from this one. I remembered that visit because the burgers tasted so good and they allow you to add an endless amount of toppings on your burger; and they give an enormous amount of fries. Considering that Las Vegas is basically restaurant world because there’s so may different places to try, it’s often difficult to constantly go to the same burger place…even if it’s fast food.
Fast forward in time to Sep 2023, my wife and I decided to finally revisit Five Guys, and to this location since we were going to be in the area. Needless to say, the quality was exactly the same as we remembered it – outstanding! Unfortunately for our family, we have to eat here whenever our daughter isn’t around because she’s allergic to peanuts, which probably is the reason why Five Guys tastes so good (peanut oil).
The service at this location is phenomenal! The employees that were working during the evening (dinner) hours on 9 Sep 2023 did such a remarkable job with our food and were very friendly as well. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio is reasonable and adequate. The restaurant was very clean especially for it being a fast food place.
I know everyone has their own favorite fast food hamburger restaurant, and this place may not even be in their top 3 picks; however, my wife and I feel that this franchise is easily in our top 3 burger places. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Not busy at all on a Monday at 1:45. The lady that took our order was super friendly and welcoming. Clean and food was made right away and fresh. Recommend this location especially after a nice hike in Red Rock 😉 indoor and outdoor seating wifi from sports clips works here.

I’ve never had any issue coming to this Five Guys, ever, actually any Five Guys in general. But on this particular day, over two weeks ago, I was given the wrong burger. I was given a little hamburger instead of the regular burger that comes with two patties, that I paid for. I called in and spoke with Noah, who said he’s the General Manager. He said I’ll be receiving a gift card to my email, hopefully within the next day or so, but it’s been over two weeks. When I call and ask for him, I’m always told he’s not available or he isn’t there. And the fact that I haven’t heard anything, yet he asked me for all of my contact information, says a lot! The only reason he offered to send a gift card via email, is because I live a little further away to just have turned back around to go pick up the right burger.
