I had a great experience you are welcomed in and greeted out by the crew. Food was 10 out of 10 my pics didn’t give the food justice idk what happened to my skills that day. I was to busy tryna eat I guess. Best burger & fries I had all year.

Pretty simple order this morning. My wife wanted her breakfast sandwich WITHOUT cheese, but the guy managed to put it on there anyways. She is allergic to dairy. I don’t understand how you can screw such a small order up. We were the only customers in the restaurant too! The guy didn’t even acknowledge us when we stepped up to order.

The duration of the wait could have been justified had the food met high standards; however, this was not the experience at Five Guys, resulting in significant disappointment. As it was both our very first visit, I ordered two cheeseburgers, one regular fry, and two bottled waters, totaling $30.59. After a 20-minute wait, during which only three customers were present in the establishment, the experience did not warrant the time spent. The cheeseburgers appeared reminiscent of those typically found in a children’s meal, and the fries were excessively salty. Regrettably, I must conclude that this will be our final visit.

Very friendly service and the cashier was super patient with me while I decided on what toppings I wanted on my burger. I took a seat close to the kitchen and could see that the burgers were being made with care and precision. The food was great, and the milk shakes were thick and delicious. I took off a couple of stars because my fries had a long piece of hair wrapped in them. I showed them to an employee and he quickly shouted for them to me remade. Mistakes happen but it’s always a very icky to have hair in your food. I spent a total of $65 for family of three, which included a tip so I think it’s fair to expect more from this place than I would other fast food places like McDonalds.

Five Guys – In-Depth Review

Overview:
Five Guys is a no-frills, all-flavor kind of place. It’s not trying to be fancy — it’s here to serve really good burgers (and fries) with generous portions and full customization. If you’re craving a messy, juicy, classic American burger, this place delivers.

Food

Burgers:
• Juicy, flavorful, and always cooked well-done — that’s their standard.
• The regular burger comes with two patties, so if you’re not that hungry, go for the Little Burger (just one patty).
• Toppings are all free and fully customizable, which is a big plus — choose from classics (lettuce, tomato, pickles) to extras like grilled onions, jalapeños, hot sauce, and more.

Fries:
• Legendary. Hand-cut, skin-on, and cooked in 100% peanut oil, which gives them a slightly sweet, crispy flavor.
• Cajun fries add a nice spicy kick.
• Order a regular and they’ll dump what feels like a large’s worth of extra fries into the bag — it’s basically tradition.

Hot Dogs & Sandwiches:
• Surprisingly good. The bacon cheese dog is indulgent and flavorful.
• The grilled cheese is a hidden gem — they use burger buns turned inside out.

Milkshakes:
• Rich, customizable, and often overlooked. You can add mix-ins like peanut butter, bacon, Oreo, or banana. Thick but drinkable — the real deal.

Atmosphere
• Bright red-and-white color scheme, with sacks of potatoes stacked in the dining room and peanuts you can snack on while you wait.
• Loud and casual. Great for a quick bite, not so much for a quiet meal.
• Open kitchen concept means you can hear and see everything being made, which adds a sense of transparency and energy.

Service
• Usually fast and friendly.
• Your food is made to order, so it’s not instant fast food — expect 5–10 minutes.
• Staff often call your number loudly and enthusiastically when it’s ready — it’s part of the vibe.

Price & Value
• More expensive than your average fast food (expect ~$12–$18 for a full meal), but you’re getting fresh, high-quality ingredients and generous portions.
• No microwaves or freezers — everything’s fresh daily.
• Burgers and fries are big enough to split between two light eaters.

Pros & Cons

Pros:
• High-quality, made-to-order burgers.
• Generous portions, especially fries.
• Tons of free toppings and customization.
• Friendly vibe and open kitchen.

Cons:
• Pricey for fast food.
• Dining area can be noisy and crowded during peak hours

Five Guys is for burger lovers who don’t care about fancy presentations or gimmicks — they just want flavor, quality, and fullness. It’s a step above typical fast food in both quality and cost, and totally worth the occasional indulgence.

Who pays $10+ for a dry old burger . I was very disappointed. The meat was so dry it taste as if it was yesterday’s product. I could only take 3 bites and in the trash it went. I don’t believe in posting partially eaten food so no pics. The person preparing it knew better.

You already know they make the best burgers but this location in particular is my favorite. It’s very convenient to get to, easy to find parking and there is plenty of seating. Couldn’t ask for more. Much healthier and hardier than McDonalds and staff that actually has social skills and interacts with you over whoever is on the phone. Thanks for a great experience guys and girls.

I have gained 20 pounds working next to these guys!! Their BLT is crazy huge! Everything can be put on a lettuce wrap or in a bowl! They give you tons of some of the best freaking fries EVER! A bit pricey. But I feel it’s worth it. Everyone there is amazing and friendly! These guys are awesome!

The food was underwhelming, It doesn’t make logic how it taste so bland. Anybody can make a better tasting burger at home. Save your money and your tastebuds will thank you.
