Apparently Five Guys here in kingman have decided to go cheap on the fries. The best part of this place is the large portions but that wasn’t the case tonight, at all. They also decided to serve Cajun fries disguised as regular fries. We could not tell the difference. The large portions of Cajun fries is literally the only reason I come here and we got a tiny bag that was supposed to be ‘regular’ size. You have lost a long time customer.

Love 5 guys. Not cheap but worth every penny. Burgers are great. Get all your fixings. More fries than you can eat. You’ll have to take some home. Great choice of drinks. And great peanuts! Talking about them has got me drooling.

Great Five Guys! The service was amazing and all the staff members were polite and helpful. They do large portions here which helps you stay full longer! The fries are amazing and fresh cut potatoes. I also love the freestyle soda machine to get whatever soda I’m feeling that day.

Horrible service. It was as if our cashier was drunk. She completely dazed off during our ordering process. Also our fries were unsalted she forgot to finish her task of putting the fries in the bag. We waited 15 minutes for single burger and one single side of fries. The burger was absolutely delicious but the cashier working in the open kitchen front counter was a disgrace to your brand.

Food is mediocre but very expensive. 2 burgers fries small drinks 45 dollars. Burgers were wet when we got them home, fries were not good drink was flat. Service wasn’t impressive and a bit condescending since I didn’t know the menu. Atmosphere is sterile and peanuts are everywhere. Just use another oil. I won’t ever go back.

Weird experience. Took almost 30 minutes to get my food after ordering in store. Fries were scorched, I know they look normal in the pic, but they were WELL done. Like potato chip sticks. They basically gave me half of the usual amount for a little fry. Burger was way over cooked and chewy. This has to be the first bad experience I’ve had at a five guys. Cashier just looked at me and didn’t greet me. Didn’t ask if i wanted a drink. I feel like this place would fail a secret shopper.

What I would expect a standard burger joint to be like. Polite and speedy service. Good for the way I ordered it. It was $23 for a burger and fries with a drink. I wish these places would stop asking for tips. I don’t mind a tip jar our but don’t blatantly ask me for 20% gratuity on top of the huge price I just paid…. But besides the quick rant a solid location for good food and good service

I’ve only been here once before a few years ago and forgot how good it was! Great quality food with excellent customer service. The only downside was the amount of flies inside the building, they should invest in an air wall at the doorways. There was also a ton of people coming in through the side entrance to steal soda from the soda machine.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a lady named Sabrina. What a wonderful experience. They were busy, so there was a little wait, but Sabrina was so friendly. My order was correct and delicious. Will be back!
