Five Guys, all I can say is…YES!!!! The burgers here are delicious! Two patties, very high quality tasting, on a sesame seed bun, with grilled jalapenos, onion and tomato. And when they say, “Would you like some fries?” They mean it. They give you endless, fresh made fries. Very clean facility, and the customer service is top notch.

Just curious why I came in to pick up a Doordash order from this establishment, had one guy immediately ask “who are you here for?” to tell them to start preparing the order then have a girl hand me my order and tell me that’s it and to have a good day with NO ONE other than those two people interacting with me the entire time I was in there just to have my doordash customer telling me she spoke to the manager who told me to wait for the shakes. Why would I knowingly leave half the order when that would affect my ratings and ability to make money. Take responsibility for your own team and maybe make sure the order is completely fulfilled (considering you have closed bags that I’m not prying the sticker off of and other places like McDonald’s still puts icecream in the same bag) before telling someone they can leave instead of trying to protect yourself and screw over someone else’s job. You’re a joke of a manager.

As always… If you want a great burger with some amazing fries or a delicious hot dog, this is a great place. Amazing mood and the people are very kind. You can get ur burger with everything on it(lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, bacon, etc.) If you really like burgers you cannot wait to go and enjoy it. I have been a long time Five Guys customer, however, my last trip was the worst burger and fries that I have ever had at this location. The meat in the burger was way overcooked, dry and flavorless and I believe the fries were the scraps that had been leftover from the day – a cup full of small 1 inch pieces that were brown and hard. Same with the 10 pieces that were in the bag. Extremely disappointing. The crew working on Thursday night of 1/20/2022 needs to be retrained. It’s going to be a long time, if ever, that I want to go back.

Five guys is awesome!! I always get the little hamburger or cheese burger. They are both very good. Also, five guys are consistent, they burgers are good at every location. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at any location. Highly recommend.
