Excellent burgers to order, fries and peanuts and milkshakes . Plenty of free toppings to choose from; mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, and all the normal stuff.
Inside and Outside seating. Clean restaurant but bathrooms need work and music is too loud / pop/ funk; otherwise 5 stars.⭐️

Employees at this location need some real training. On 2/15/26, 6pm They gave us half our order, then immediately ignore you once they walk away from the counter. It took several minutes to catch someone’s attention about our missing milkshakes, then a young blonde man started fumbling with the machine but after a minute walked away and got back on the burger line.
We had to get back in line at the order counter, in order to get someone’s attention. At that point we just wanted a refund, but the new person at the counter didn’t give us that option. It took 40 MINUTES to receive milkshakes.
Please train employees to actually look up and pay attention.

We have been here previously and enjoyed it but recently the quality of the food has been poor. The burgers taste burnt like they don’t clean the grill and the fries and topping were wrong. We also watched them use the same gloves to put raw bacon on the grill and then handle cooked burger patties. The food is no longer worth the cost.

I am submitting this to ensure management is aware of the lack of quality control at this location. My burger patty was fragmented and hard, and half the toppings were missing. I am not looking for a refund or a coupon; I simply wanted to state that due to this experience, I will no longer be a customer.

It hurts me to write this review, but I am done with Five Guys and their soggy and undercooked fries. I keep to a strict diet, but my one indulgence each week has always been Five Guys cajun fries. Five Guys french fries are the only fast food I eat and I only get them once per week. When the fries are crispy, they are heavenly. However, more than half the time, they are soggy (or worse raw) and I have to bring them home to continue cooking them in the air fryer. For the last few months, I have requested them to be cooked extra crispy when placing my order, but I still get soggy fries half the time. Why am I paying more than $5 for fries that I have to finish cooking at home? I wait all week for these fries, but half the time am met with disappointment. I have found a replacement that has yet to disappoint and which happens to be a lot more affordable…Costco sells frozen crispy fries that are delicious and crispy when cooked on the air fryer.

$30 for two cheeseburgers and a large fry. I ordered to go and watched my cheeseburgers getting cold for 8-9 minutes as I waited… the food delivery people got preferential treatment as it took the driver a looooong time to having his name called. This is the last time I will pay 5Guys for an expensive meal

The little bacon cheeseburgers we received today were MUCH better than last time. Moreover the french fries were OUTSTANDING … well done and
Crispy as we ordered.
But, the Coke machines are awful, little carbonation, ice provided slowly, lots of “out of stock”.
And, much to my wife’s dismay, the bathroom was hot and smelled bad.
Great food. Bad mojo.

First of all, I love Five Guys’ food. Great hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and now ice-cream shakes!!! No question but that these are the best ‘fast food’ burgers.
The thing I like about THIS Five Guys, is that the people are very nice, helpful and cheerful.
Good place to eat!
Update 12/08/23. Today I discovered that Five Guys have shrink-flated their “regular” fries by simply renaming their small fries as “regular” and their regular fries as “large”. And of course they eliminated the small fries (as you almost get more fries in a regular McDonald’s fries.
Not to mention that the extra well done/crispy fries we ordered were lukewarm and a number of them were cold and soggy.
Finally they have replaced leaf lettuce with chopped lettuce.
Very disappointed for the price. Culver’s and even Arby’s are about as good in many respects.

Five Guys has decent food. I went with my sister, and I got a burger with a lettuce wrap. She had a burger in a bun, but she didn’t eat the bun. They also have decent fries
