Ordered A cheeseburger and small Cajun fry delivered from DoorDash. I paid extra so that it would arrive priority, and hopefully be warm and fresh. However, when it arrived, it was soggy, (like it had been wet!) disgusting, wrapped in aluminum foil, in a ball. All the cheese had melted out of it. It had two slim little pieces of lettuce that were about an inch long and five chunks of onion. It was absolutely the most disgusting cheeseburger I’ve ever had and I threw 90% of it away. I will never eat or order from Five Guys again not to mention small fry and a disgusting cheeseburger were $29 (before tip)

I came to eat here because of the good reviews but the meat here tastes like Culver’s deluxe. I thought Five Guys had a better meat than that when I ate at a location in Ahwatukee. I even ordered 2 patties because I thought it would be the same but instead it tastes exactly like Culver’s deluxe meat/patties. And the fries are not even salty. I had a much better experience at the location in Ahwatukee.

Five guys is by far the best hamburger place…. I hate writing negative reviews because I’ve never had a bad experience here but I was super disappointed in my bun being DRENCHED in oil, it was all mushy because of how much oil there was in it, also i really doubt that was the only lettuce they had left. It was yellow and all soggy. I also asked for no tomatoes on the cheeseburger and there was indeed tomatos.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dude I walked in and there are 2 customers here and waited 25 freaking minutes for my order…. not busy at all. No customer service. Never greeted. No hospitality what so ever. Screw this place me and my family will never return!!!

We had ordered online a few times and always missing something on the orders every time. We decided we’d go in to order take out in hopes the order was just lost in translation online. NOPE! they still forgot to put bacon on the lil bacon cheeseburger and forgot to add the green peppers to the other burger. Unlikely to visit this location again even though it’s close to home. They do make a good tasting burger just hate that they can never get it right.

5 guys is really good. Burgers are similar to In n Out, but you can customize them any which way, tons of ways! The fries are always fresh and they offer a Cajun version that’s pretty intense. Typically, I get a regular and a Cajun, mix them together in one of the bags, depending on how Cajun-y you like, and share with someone. They also have yummy shakes which can also be customized with a bunch of different “mix ins”.

5 guys always hits the spot but im sitting here right now and as you can see my wife’s burger was not even cooked. that should be left up to the customer on how they want it cooked. Not everyone eats raw meat. As seen in the pic a piece of the burger before we threw it away. Gross.
