If that’s your new fry portion that I received on my last visit, I won’t be back ever again. It’s been fun but I’ll spend it elsewhere. This location is very dirty and each time I have come half the soda syrups are out of stock.

Waited 30 mins for a burger. The cashier told me only 6-10 mins when I ordered. What a joke. Dirty kitchen/dining area. A lot of kids running around. Long wait time. Weird layout for seating area.

A generally disappointing and confusing experience, incongruent with what’s expected from a Five Guys Restaurant.

Ordered 2 burgers with added bbq sauce – both came without bbq sauce on them

One burger had a piece of hard debris in it that nearly broke a tooth.

Ordered a “regular” size fry, was given a “little” size. When asked, employees dismissed it and offered no replacement with the correct fry amount. (I’ve received more than double what was in this bag with a “little” fry before, and had ordered an entire size above that this time, so this was rather confusing and disappointing).

When asked for 2 water cups, the register employee said they were out, but graciously (though quite nervously) offered a regular size drink cup instead. She said she could only give my party of 2 a single cup though. A few minutes later I overheard other employees simply charging for the regular cups if someone wanted a water cup. Definitely understandable, given this is in a mall food court with other water sources available, but clearly there was no consensus between the employees of what was supposed to happen in this situation and it left me feeling a little uncomfortable that I had gotten a regular drink cup for free when everyone else was getting charged.

Overall the food was edible, but fell below the standards I expect from Five Guys, especially at the prices charged.

There are much better options for food in this area and I don’t think I will return to this location anytime soon.

been achieving (?) my bucket list: shake shack, in-n-out, and five guys. i would say the burger was moderate, but their potato chips are amazing. i think its the best out of other two. from my personal point of view: BURGERWISE, patty from in-n-out is better. BUNWISE, bun from shake shake is better tho. Ah! sandwich from five guys was good too!

Phenomenal customer service. I felt bad but they had one thing off on my burger. I came back and the rep, Jay, that took care of me was super friendly and nice. He offered me any additional complimentary item to take care of the inconvenience but I declined. He remade the whole order anyway so now I have twice the amount of food I ordered. Thank you for showing good customer service is still out there Jay.

The new manager over there Michael. I think his name is Michael. He’s really got that place going downhill. Check out this order. For example, I got rid of the details on top with the magic eraser feature from Google. It’s a great feature. Anyways Michael, that new manager sent off this order to me. Actually in the background I heard him and his cronies laughing about how they just messed up the past customers order number 46 if that’s not REVEALING too much information. That guy was also displeased walking away with something less than the right amount of patties on his burger. He was dining in and was able to spot the mistake on the scene. I watched them walk by me with disgust and I thought “why is he so mad about his burger.” Now I understand . I should have checked this order but I was in a rush with my kids so I didn’t stop and look at the burgers. That was a big mistake when I got home. I opened up my burger and saw well. No burger, no burger. No cheeseburger. SURE, THE LITTLE little burgerS Little ones that my kids ordered. They were fine but I didn’t have a burger. Nothing Michael, that new manager was less than helpful on the phone afterwards

Unfortunately was not a great experience. The place was filthy, there was no ice in the machines. The soda was disgusting, I did not drink anything. There was water on the floor.

The 2 stars is because the food was good.

I ordered a burger and fries (no drink) and the total came to $19 (after a 10% tip). I never eat fast food and I’m reminded why. For the same price I can have something a million times tastier for the same price at a sit down restaurant. The burger was greasy and bland and honestly this meal was extremely overpriced in general. Definitely not going back as the value is just not there.

The service at the counter was quick and friendly. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger and a regular fry and a large drink. I don’t think the food was any better or worse than let’s say a Wendy’s, but I spent $25 for this meal and it was their jr version of the burger. There is a Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers down the street that makes real made to order burgers and I would have spent nearly the same. Not worth the price in my opinion.
