So Shrinkflation has hit Five Guys. I have not been here in several months, I went today,December 20,2025 at lunchtime. I bought a burger, it is still very pricey for a burger, but now the beef patties are smaller than the bun. I had two patties and moved them around to fill the bread. My wife and mother had the single patty and the bun was bigger the whole way around the hamburger. I wish I had thought to take a photo. It reminds me of the where’s the beef ad many years ago. It was not quite that bad, but very close. Five guys needs to do better. The small Frys was still good, lots of frys in the bag. I personally would rather have the burger patty fill up the whole sandwich and pay more than what I had today. Five Guys Lost a customer today, at least for now. The service was great as always, restaurant was clean. That burger was definitely not worth the price.

They messed up my order, so I didn’t get to have my dinner because I threw my food away so they could refund me. But after the manager tried to help me, the HIGHER up manager (a young kid) stepped in and declined to refund it fully. They were only willing to refund

Fabulous fries, and plenty of them. I ordered the smallest portion and couldn’t finish them. The burger was really good, but I like my beef medium rare to medium. The only choice is medium well. I will return!

The music volume was low enough that we didn’t have to sit outside. I wish all Five Guys locations had the music volume set to be low background loudness, but I would gladly come back anytime here. Five Guys have the best French Fries. I don’t order Fries at other burger places, only at Five Guys.

As soon as we walked in we were greater with the best customer service the man behind the counter was awesome! Food was delicious and it got pretty busy for a Monday lunch service. Food is great always love the Xtra fries in the bag, it’s why we keep coming back!

Spent $20 for a burger and small fry. I purposefully ordered it without any liquids (Ketchup, mustard, etc.) so it wouldn’t be a hot mess when I got home (5 mins away), well that didn’t work. I unwrapped the burger and the entire top bun was soak and wet!! Taking a bite was like having a burger on raw dough, which was disgusting.
This was my “give them another chance” visit as the last visit to 5 guys wasn’t much better… What a shame and a waste of $20, right at a time in this world when wasting money is NOT want you want to do!

I Have to say McDonald has ten times better fries. I don’t know what the big deal about this location was. I Agree they cook the food fresh but i think they have not discovered salt or seasonings, the meat was flavorless. Service was amazing. Staff was awesome. But food was not worth the $35 for 2 burgers and fries. Save some cash and visit McDonald or sonic. With better tasting food. I do have to give them credit for burger sizes they are monster huge burgers. But lack flavor in meat.

Both my wife and I love Five Guys. I normally get a Bacon Cheeseburger (two patty) and have Sweet tea for a drink. My wife normally gets a Little (one patty) Cheeseburger and a “small” fry. This time my wife got the small fry Cajun, just to try it. We both decided that the Cajun was good for a few fries, but then it didn’t matter, so next time the fries will be normal. Anyway we were both very happy with our burgers and we know we will be back.

I found Five Guys a little expensive for meals for two (2) kids and three (3) adults! We ordered two (2) Grilled Cheese Sandwiches , Three (3) Double Cheese Burgers w/ Bacon , one (1) Hot Dog w/cheese, (1) Large Fries, (1) Large Cajan Fries, (2) Oreo Peanut Butter Shakes! Total for this meal $78.00, I think my opinion only that’s a little steep! Plus drive 20 minutes each way, don’t think that will happen again! The F D was G D , But Did Not Meet the expectations of the price and travel time endured! Amando took my order and was very helpful and pleasant, he represented Five Guys very well! The restaurant was spotlessly clean and very well lighted ! More than ample parking!
