We stopped in at the Five Guys in Ogden for a quick lunch, and overall it was a solid experience with a few things worth mentioning. We ordered a couple of burgers along with both the regular fries and the Cajun fries. One thing my son didn’t realize at first is that Five Guys lets you add any toppings you want for free. He accidentally ordered his bacon burger plain, but the staff was great about it—they quickly offered to give him all the toppings on the side so he could build it the way he wanted. That kind of flexibility and customer service goes a long way.

My own hamburger had good flavor, but it was slightly on the dry side for my taste. The fries, on the other hand, were excellent—especially paired with fry sauce. The Cajun seasoning was perfect without being overwhelming. And of course, the unlimited peanuts while you wait are always a fun touch and something that makes Five Guys unique.

The employees were friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the visit pleasant. Parking was easy, with plenty of spots right in front of the restaurant, and it’s in a convenient little plaza with other shops and places to grab anything you might need before or after you eat.

Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, casual meal with great fries and outstanding service.

Descent food for an outrageous price.

I have eaten five guys periodically for nearly two decades. The food has always been consistent. The fries are great, and 8 out of 10 consistnely. The burgers are good but very greasy. Now I am not typically one to complain about grease but when it makes everything else saugy, from the bun to the experience, it is hard to call it a great burger.

Service was good and atmosphere is always consistently good.

Biggest drawback is the price. Now Five Guys has never been particularly cheap, but I spent over $13 for just myself. I got a bacon cheeseburger (single patty) and a small fry.

There are burgers, and then there are moments disguised as burgers. Five Guys in Ogden delivers the latter.

From the first unassuming foil wrap to the final bite, this is a study in balance and indulgence. The patties are smashed with intention — caramelized at the edges, impossibly juicy at the center. The bacon is crisp without being brittle. The cheese melts not as an afterthought, but as a deliberate finishing note. And the toppings — abundant, unapologetic, gloriously fresh — create a layered experience that feels more composed than constructed.

The fries arrive like a generous afterthought in the bottom of the bag, golden and blistered, with that unmistakable peanut oil richness that lingers just long enough to remind you why you came.

In an era of over-designed menus and fleeting food trends, Five Guys in Ogden stands confidently in its simplicity. No gimmicks. No pretension. Just craftsmanship between two perfectly toasted buns.

This is, without exaggeration, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

Used to love coming here when it was an entirely different crew. 2021-2023 we would come so often because the crew was always so lively and fun. We especially loved the pretty Alicia, who always gave excellent customer service and somehow made our food taste the most delicious. The restaurant has definitely become sorry now.

Burger good a little expensive since the bacon cheeseburger came out at $11.90 after tax. It was kinda worth it though since it’s a hefty burger. Bottom bun did flop a little bit though since it was slightly soggy. Good taste anyway so didn’t really mind it.

I visited a Five Guys location on 8/14/2025 and I just wanted to express my gratitude and give you my thanks for such an excellent experience! My burger was fresh, absolutely delicious, and not very greasy at all! The fries were fry sauce was perfectly tangy and delicious and the Coca Cola that I got from the soda fountain was perfect. Everything from my visit was perfect! The employees were very friendly and helpful, I hadn’t been to a Five Guys restaurant for several years, but I’m glad that they helped me out. I did ask about the toppings, because I had forgotten what exactly came on the burgers, and I was actually told that you choose your own toppings! Which, I think is totally awesome by the way! I wish that all burger restaurants let you be the decider of your toppings. I mean, you can ask to remove toppings at other restaurants, but Five Guys really steps it up and lets you make your burger your way from the start, which I think is awesome. I wish that I had ordered a milkshake too! But I forgot to, but I will in the future haha. Unfortunately, I wanted to take the survey as mentioned on my receipt to tell you about my experience, and the receipt even told me “Don’t throw me away!” but sadly I accidentally threw it away and can’t take the survey, but I thought I’d give my feedback here. Thank you for everything! I had such a wonderful time! Keep being awesome! Five Guys gets 5 stars from me! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Just wanted to say the crew working the PM shift Nov 8th, 2025 MADE MY NIGHT!
Was having a rough day and decided to get burgers for dinner with my kids… while we were there, the kitchen crew started singing to the song playing and for some reason warmed my heart (I have been working in kitchens for 10 years and forgot what its like to just let go and enjoy it). Thanks guys!

Food came out fast and tasty.
Cleanliness was great.
Customer service was great.
This location does really well overall!

Came in today for the BOGO 15+ others customers were having problems with the app and online website. They did NOT honor the code in house. The leadership team was struggling and talking loudly and yelling over the food. The team was very unprofessional seen a lot of health department issues with cleanliness And dynamic or how things were running. we ended up paying full price because I drove 20 minutes away. Really pissed that there was no structure or secure response from “higher up or district manager” they had a whole bunch of new trainees that didn’t even know to help with the customer service issues and the managers left them alone in tough situations. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location. But today marks the day I’ll probably never spend money here again. Ogdens finest unstructured team. And management team.

The service was decently fast. The burger was a medium heat when i got it. It was not hot off the grill. The Cajun fries were good and hot, hotter than the burger, and had a great flavor to them. I ordered a simple Bacon Cheeseburger, coke to drink. Better than most fast food places. However, it was only a step above fast food. There was nothing fantastic about the taste of this burger. They did put on plenty of meat. Not much atmosphere about this place either.

This is maybe the best Five Guys I’ve been to, it has great service and is always delicious! It may have a reputation for being expensive but share fries and it’s not too bad. A little fry is perfect for two people.
