So disappointing. $5 for hardly any fries.
I am a lifelong customer of Five Guys. I grew up in Virginia and went here often with my family. We loved this franchise because of their delicious, high-quality burgers, and their HEFTY portions of fries. I ordered a burger and a small fry to share with my toddler tonight. I considered paying the extra dollar for a regular fry, but remembering how large the portions were, I figured a small would have been enough for me and an 18-month old… WRONG. The fry portion I got tonight was pitiful. I was shocked when I opened the bag to see a tiny cup and a small handful of fries at the bottom of the bag. Why charge $1 less than a regular for such a huge difference in fry size? Not to mention, a significant portion of them were flat and crispy, like cardboard. This felt like such a waste of money. Honestly after this experience I don’t plan to return back any time soon, unless I hear that five guys has reversed what seem to be “shrinkflation” portions. Hope it changes soon!!!

Always the best burgers. Fresh never frozen meat. And they disclose the area the potato’s are from. I think that sets them apart from many other places. They’re definitely a little more expensive than some other places, but worth it. This location is always clean and people very friendly.

It’s happened to me 3 times now because I always order a bacon cheeseburger and the guy at the register puts “little” on it. He’s intense because I take the kids to eat there and he puts whatever he wants on the order.

I’m writing to report an issue I experienced on Saturday night at your Taylorville, Utah location.
According to the posted business hours, the store should have been open later. However, when I arrived around 9:30 PM, the location was already closed. I made the trip specifically based on the listed hours, so this was frustrating and a waste of time. I also took a photo showing the store closed early, which I can provide if needed.
I normally enjoy Five Guys, but closing well before posted hours—especially on a Saturday night—is unacceptable, particularly given the premium prices your brand charges. Customers plan around your hours, and situations like this hurt the overall experience.
I’d appreciate this being looked into and would expect appropriate compensation (such as a voucher or credit) for the inconvenience. I hope this can be resolved so I can continue supporting your brand.

These five guys are not playing around! Having not eaten a burger in several months, this was the first burger place I thought of to break such an evil fast. The staff was super on top of all the orders, and it was amazing how diligent and precise they were in crafting my bacon cheeseburger. Got to get those fries Cajun style and slather everything in fry sauce! This is the way!

Drove out of my way to get Five Guys and ordered a large fries. We all know their portions are usually big and generous, so I didn’t mind the extra drive.
Let me tell you… for 7 bucks, I barely got any. The cup wasn’t even full. The fries tasted fine, but I honestly felt totally ripped off. Whats going on!! Wish I would’ve checked the order at the store and not when I got home.

LET ME TELL YALL! this place, thanks to Daniel and his little brother Bubba, is the best i’ve ever had! I am from the south and obsessed with spice and seasoning, we always get cajun fries with extra cajun and my fiancé went tonight (12/12/25) to surprise me with dinner for graduating college and had the best people to take and make our order. They gave us all the seasoning on the fries PLUS more on the side and loaded up the amount of fries we got. And the burgers are always insanely amazing as well. This location will become our new normal spot for sure!

This was my first time at Five Guys.
There is nothing worse than when an employee acts like he was wronged and is completely annoyed when a new customer visits and does not know the process. We did not know you needed to select each item. The employee was rude and he had an attitude with us. He literally gave us a dirty look when we said no ketchup.
The food was fine.
It was above average.
We only ordered a cheese burger and a bacon cheeseburger burger and they messed up the order and gave a double cheeseburger.
35$ for 1.5 meals.
And the worst service I’ve had in a while.
Won’t be back and regret that I came

Pretty much the same as any other 5 Guys, great burgers and fries with a decent amount of grease. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need!
Service has always been good at this location. Can be a bit load when it’s busy. Free peanuts while you wait (as usual). This location has the touch screen coke machines – some like them and some don’t but soda is soda!
