Went in to grab a meal. As I am ordering, the server friend walks in and they hold an entire conversation as if I’m not there. I stop and look at the cashier. He repeats one of the toppings I said. I then start to finish what I want on it, and he and the friend continues the conversation. Another guest walks in and asks if the friend was in line, he replies. “No”…

I’ve gone to 5 guys a few times now. I ordered a meal to go. Now typically when you order a burger you get it for the main reason a patty right? But when I go to eat my food I have no patties only the lettuce and toppings (I typically only order a lettuce wrap). I place another order maybe they are having a hard time making burgers. I called to let them know I got told “no that can’t happen we check every burger” I felt crazy. But I will add a reference photo so maybe one of them will see this and realize i was telling the truth rather than tell me I was wrong.

This is a great Five Guys location, thanks to the staff. I arrived only a few minutes after opening and the staff were on their A game. The cashier was super friendly. My order was ready quickly.
Prices are high. The prices had all been manually adjusted on the menu board with paper to be at least a dollar more than I’m used to at other locations.
We ordered a cheeseburger, a BLT, and a regular fry. Of course, the unlimited toppings, huge fry sizes, and peanuts are all added bonuses with Five Guys. The only downside was the BLT. The bacon appeared to be day-old and was very crunchy. Otherwise, the food rocked. They have a nice patio with tables with umbrellas.

It’s probably been 10 years since I’ve eaten here I ordered the cheapest burger there was and it was a double Patty and it came with fries so I was a little surprised at that burger was good though better than In-N-Out
