I am usually a big fan of five guys so I was super sad when I got home with my take out order and saw I barely had any toppings and a crumb of bacon on my burger? I asked for pickles and tomatoes which I got a normal amount of but then I asked for bacon and got a small 1/4th of a piece of bacon, maybe 4 mushrooms and onions, and then a pinch of lettuce idk what happened but I am pretty sad bc I was really excited… I’ll give five guys another try but definitely not this location.

This was very disappointing. We normally live Five Guys however this time it was a major let down. Fries were soggy, the shake was just milk with flavor and the portion size of the patty was dismal.
However the burger tasted great, check out my pictures for that. It technically should have been called the mushroom burger because it had so many mushrooms . The condiments were great and appeared to be fresh. Nice crisp pickles and the lettuce had a nice crunch. Great job on that.
We got there on a Saturday around 6 right before the BYU football game and there was no line. Easy in and out with ordering. If I could add something for improvement: make your shake a shake. NOT milk with flavor. Second crisp up those fries.

We had a protein style hamburger, hot dog and fries. Food was good! I’d never tried the hot dog before and will definitely try it again. Service was prompt and tables were clean.

Awful. Terrible. Inexcusable.
There was a 2 for 1 offer for the chain’s birthday. “Only on the app.” Only store within 10 miles. Installed the app and drive to the store. Tried to order but was “unavailable.” Came inside and was told they WOULD NOT HONOR THE DEAL outside of the app process. Said probably online was too busy. Went back to my car and waited a while. Finally was able to process the order. Got bank confirmation of the charge. Went inside, waited a while. Turns out, order food not reach them. Tried running it again, response was “HTTP 400.” Another bank charge confirmation. Order did not go through AGAIN. Showed them my charge, did not matter, they would not honor the order. Said I might have to wait a couple days for my back to reverse the charges. NO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE NOR OFFER ANY CONSIDERATION. Felt a complete lack of concern or caring. “Yeah, the app messes up a lot.” Last time I ate here was 5 years ago. Food was okay but I’D DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THIS AGGRAVATING AND RELATIVE RUDENESS FROM THE STORE. Never again.

The only reason why I didn’t think it was worth Five Stars ✨ was the price.
The hamburger was delicious, but not that delicious. There was a movie theater next to the restaurant. Seemed like a good place to start a movie night.

Delicious burgers that almost taste homemade! Pricier than most burger joints, but totally worth it because you don’t leave feeling sick. The fries are AMAZING and the regular is big enough to share. I wish this location had outdoor seating because it’s pretty loud. This might be my top burger place now!

I’ve been to this location before and it was fine, but this time the service was outstanding. they greeted us when we walked in the door and everyone was very friendly and happy. The food is a little on the pricier side, but it is good. I really like their fries.

Wow. Wanita- whom I guess might be the manager was SO Rude. Like we were instantly met with hostility of “I don’t care, it’s not my problem”. And it was literally instantly, I didn’t even get to say anything. So we left and went to Burger Supreme. Way Better Choice.

Five Guys never gets old. They produce a very good burger and gives you the flexibility to put whatever you want on top of it. Always tasty, always fresh. Their cajun fries are absolutely delicious and straight from actual potatoes. This particular location was slightly busy during the lunch hour, but they were keeping on top of all the orders.

The burger would be much better if the burger bun would have a higher quality and would not be cold. The cold bun is reducing the burger overall heat quite fast. Also, the salt on the fries could be Pink Salt as is more healthy. They do not even provide any trays for dine-in. Also, the pricing is way too high for a fast food chain. No table service. Not to mention, they are also into “guilt-tipping” practice by requiring you to tip before any food was served.
