I love coming here as they actually take pride in what they make and serve. Today, I ordered my usual, little bacon cheese and regular Cajun fry. I come for the fries not the burgers! $5.99 for a regular fry and didn’t even get a cup full! They used to throw extras in, not sure what happened. I normally check bag but didn’t today! Very very disappointing!!!

Let’s break it down: 3-stars for the burger, 4-stars for the fries and 5-stars for the cleanliness. It was not a $9+ hamburger. Two patties is great but no flavor to the burger and even with grilled onions and mushrooms it was extremely bland. Bun was so thin it became soggy very quickly from the burger. Employees were nice but I was amazed that 7 people were on the clock for how slow it was. One photo of them just standing around and a bit entertaining to hear their back and forth conversation about who was on dishes and fries. Not oozing productivity. Love how clean it was and fries were great. I wouldn’t agree with their signage that it is the “best burger” or “best bargain”. I know it’s a tough environment right now with material and labor costs but I’d have a chat with the team about productivity.

Update. We went back today and we’re kind of surprised at how unsatisfied we were. One of the first customers in and the tables were sticky. They don’t have the pump fry sauce anymore and told us that they were out of ketchup. Which is odd.
The food was just ok. I don’t know that we’ll be back anytime soon.
Review is based mostly on takeout.
The menu is pretty basic which means they have a lot of time to perfect their burgers and we think they are pretty great. You pick the size and toppings which gives you control over the order. The options are endless if you switch things up.
They always give more than enough fries. A small fry was plenty for our family of 3. Try the Cajun fries if you like a little spice.
I will say that we wish they had pickled jalapeños as well as fresh. While we like fresh, the pickled work better for burgers IMO. Also recommend you try their bbq sauce. So good.

I strongly recommend this location during lunch. Place was busy. Got my very large order in no time. Everything was perfect. The workers were very friendly and kind. I can’t wait to go back and get another paddy melt.

Food is what you’d expect from 5 guys. Fresh hot and delicious. Only gripe is the consistency of orders placed and orders received. Have ordered a bacon cheese with mustard pickles and grilled onions. Both times the grilled onions were grilled mushrooms. Not sure what black magic is at work here, or if I should just find it humorous, or frustrated… but even my receipt says “grilled onions”

Great meal. Couldn’t finish. Forgot the little burger is one patty. Couldn’t finish fries. They were really good. Tastes like potatoes. Won’t take with because they never taste the same re-heated. Especially while traveling. Burgers juicy.
