Food tastes great but the amount of fries for the price is not okay. This is a large fry. The cup of fries was mostly full, but there are no extra in the bag. I grew up in Northern Virginia and I think I’m done with modern day Five Guys. It’s not worth the price. Cut the price in half or double the fries. You choose. Five Guys used to mean something.

I have never felt so degraded before. First time ever hoping here. The guy taking my order was great, but I could barely hear what he was saying cause the music was a bit loud. Thought he told me 48, so when they called the number, my fiancee grabbed it and found out that was not our order. Took it back up and apologized for the mistake, but Juanita treated us like it was the worst thing we could have ever done. Our order came out, and everything looked smashed but still edible. Throughout the time we sat there, she kept sneering over at us. Juanita made us feel extremely unwelcome, and I don’t ever want to go back. If I want to see that type of attitude, I’ll go to the jr high.

Food is always good. Atmosphere is alright. However, most the time I come in the fry sauce and ketchup are empty. The cashier taking the order just stares at you waiting to take your order and doesn’t say anything even if you greet first. If I’m gonna spend 20$ on a meal, at least crack a smile.

Attention all, of course they will apologize like all companies do; however, the proof is in the product an I have provided receipts. After a rough day at work for my wife I decided we would order some comfort food for my girl so she could just decompress and I could be there for her as support. We ordered a burger and fries and a loaded hotdog and fries… as you can see my wife’s hotdog is far from loaded. No onions, no peppers, no tomato, and virtually no sauce. I get that employees get busy and rushes happen but are you serious? This is the best you can provide customers? We know that ordering food comes with a risk that something will be missed, like the cheese from my triple patty burger I ordered (no picture), just went on with it because stuff gets missed sometimes. But, my wife’s hotdog…. Really?!?! This is America, how can you not make a hotdog? This is staple American food! We just passed the 4th of July this should be muscle memory this time of year. To keep a long story shot to anyone who has hung in this long, yes 5 Guys has good food; however, this location can’t manage to waist your time and ruin you dreams of some good comfort food. Pick anywhere else than here, they don’t care at all it’s just slap whatever together and push it out the door. Go enjoy your food somewhere else where you feel good about spending your hard earned money. Also ignore the mandatory “we are sorry about your experience “ comment that will come, because this isn’t the first time for us; however, we have decided this will be the last. P.S. Chick-fil-A is close just go there, at least you will get what you ordered….

Phenomenal! Extremely enjoyable. Came in around 9:50 or so after going to the movies and we were all kind of worried they’d be annoyed because of the fact it was so close to closing time. Nope! Treated us like living human beings and were total champs about everything! Shout out to you guys who took time out of your Christmas holiday break to work the closing shift. Working fast food can be rough, but working the closing shift is about as rough as it gets. Overall was a 5/5 experience, the burgers were flavorful and delicious if just a bit soggy, fries were well salted and chrisp, and the shakes were awesome. Only minor confusion/complaint was there was no spoons. So I had to drink a thick shake thru a thin soft drink straw it was a good laugh tho so no bad taste in my mouth at all.

Another great burger place in Utah!! I know this is a ton of other places as well, but their burgers and fries are just awesome! They even let you customize your burger, for me I’d rather they just tell me what I want they are the pros haha, but I know a lot of people like the custom order feel. Environment is great especially if you like peanuts! Their Cajun style fries are bomb!
