I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger on 1/7/26. I added mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, lettuce, pickles, and jalapeño peppers. The burger was delicious, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The only reason I gave the food a 4 star is because the bacon was a little on the burnt side. I love crispy, but as I say, slightly burnt is past crispy. There were two workers there. The young man was very polite and welcoming. The gal, who seemed to be the manager, was a little annoyed that I asked for the code to the bathroom, to wash my hands. I’m not sure why there was a code on the bathroom during business hours. The burger seemed a little pricy at $10.99, but with the increase in beef prices, I can understand the pricing. If you’re looking for a decent burger, relatively quick in downtown Boise, I think this is a good option. Also, it’s right next to a parking garage, and the first hour of parking is free, so if you need a quick meal, and don’t want to pay for parking, this is a great option.

The food is perfect and they make it infront of you so you know whats going on with your food.
They may not have it out in seconds, but they make the food quick, and get it out to you pretty fast for a restaurant, with great quality too.
The people there are kind, willing to work with any issues that you may have, and even requests depending on it, like if you ask for wrap lettuce on your burger they’ll be willing to add it, which is very kind.

We go to five guys often, and on this specific trip we accidentally dropped one of our shakes outside. We came back in to order another and SHAYLA was SO kind. She made us another for FREE. And was super sweet about it. Five guys is the best!

Good good good! Hot fries and a tasty burger. I love how they don’t hold back on the French fries and pile em in the bag. If you’re needing a greasy burger with a cold soda Five Guys is definitely the place to get it. I haven’t had a bad experience at this location.

We were the only ones waiting for an order, no rush. Over an hr until closing. They got BOTH of our burgers wrong, like way wrong that it’s laughable and look at all these fries! Burnt to a crisp except one these are only half the fries too…we ended up just throwing all the fries away because they were hard and inedible. We paid $30 for this. This is literally disgusting. Purchase and posted evening of 2/28/23

Five stars for sure! This team works well together, treats each other with respect and a pleasure to watch. Sybrina greeted me with a cheerful hello and was very engaged with me and my order. She also offered an cheerful smile and asked how much burger was. She has this positive attitude with each guest. What a pleasure to have service oriented people working!!! Keep up the great work team!!! In case it doesn’t go without saying…. The burgers are worth $10!
