We just ordered 2 burgers for $25 from here. Got home and they are completely raw! I called the store and offered to bring them back to get replacements and they told me they couldn’t help me. I needed to put in a new order for it, and call corporate to request a refund. My child took a couple bites of it and told us it tasted weird before we realized it was completely raw and cold. Great customer service!

Poor service, consistently wrong orders. We went to Five Guys a few weeks ago and the manager completely forgot to put sauce on my husband’s burger, so when we saw that after we took the burger home, we called and asked for it to be remade or some kind of compensation, because we didn’t have that kind of sauce at home and it really makes the burger. It was handled well and professionally. We got lunch again today, and not only did it take 13 minutes to get our food with only one other customer in the store, he was missing half of his sauces on his burger again, which we have a picture of. There was also insufficient bacon on my burger, and our fries were not full, and were very unevenly salted. We know the sauce didn’t just soak into the burger, because the light amount of sauce was still very visible on mine. We called and said something about it, because this is the second time in a row our order has been messed up. The call was disconnected. My husband called again and the same employee said “I’m positive I put sauce on your burger so we will not do anything about.” As we sit there, looking at the burger, that was missing half of the sauces he ordered, with a picture of it too. We asked for a manager and she said “you’re welcome to bring in photo proof” and ended the call. So we did, we drove all the way back and showed proof of the missing sauce, the manager, Robin, then said “you can go and watch them put sauce on a new burger and then you’re not allowed back in this store.” She also said “I’m not going to say what I want to say to you guys.” She complained that this is the second time we’ve made a complaint. Well, this is the second time in a row they messed up our order, on the same thing. Where is the accountability? We have all of this on recording, both the phone call and the in-store confrontation. We felt like we were being accused of lying about our order, even when we showed proof, and then we were banned from the store for pointing out the proof. Again I ask, where is the accountability? My husband and I are paying customers who are nothing but nice when we come into the store, but they continue to mess up our orders, and then apparently ban people when they complain about the poor service. Would never recommend.

Okay absolutely hands down the best place to get a fresh made Burger in Rexburg they always always pay such good attention to handcrafting the Burger exactly as you order it I got the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms grilled onions jalapenos lettuce and tomato and oh my gosh absolutely knocked it out of the park… my son got their hot dog with pickles and ketchup and they just killed it… their french fries are always always delicious and I can’t say enough about the staff they really put their heart and soul into making sure that your order is perfect!!! if you haven’t tried this restaurant you need to… the only thing I wish they could do is make Christmas dinner…
Because of the attention to detail the perfectly handcrafted Burger and the awesome staff is why I’m giving a 5 star rating

We had some food delivered for a few guys at work. Two burgers came as ordered, mine and another coworkers burgers had no patties! We tried calling a few times but the line was out of service. Fries were good I guess…

I’ve loved five guys since I was a kid and this one is great. I feel like the burgers are getting smaller, but maybe that’s just me. You still get loads and loads of fries, the staff are nice, and for the quality it’s really fast, about on par as cheaper, junkie fast food places. Yeah it’s greasy and unhealthy, but you’re not coming to five guys for a salad. Don’t forget to grab some peanuts

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries for pickup. I live 35 minutes away. When my husband got there, they said they were all out of burgers. He asked for a refund and they told him they couldn’t give him one and to call corporate. I emailed corporate and I still haven’t heard from them. The last time I was here, my cheeseburger was super messy and all the toppings were literally off the bun when I opened the foil. Terrible customer service. Now I’m out money and time. Terrible customer service.

My response to your response: It’s clear you aren’t sorry for this poor review because I contacted that link 2 days ago and have not heard anything regarding a refund. I have also not been contacted by this location in Rexburg. Again, terrible customer service. I cannot imagine how much money has been taken from the locals for requiring patrons to use the app to order for the Buy One Get One 40th Anniversary and then come to find out you were out of burgers once we got to the location, and we will not be refunded or contacted. Clearly this franchise doesn’t value their patrons.

I received an email from Five Guys 3 days later. Still, no mention of a refund. This company seriously has terrible customer service. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card. Hopefully they get charged an obscene amount of money from Visa for robbing their customers. If I do not get another response from them, I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.

A tasty great cooked burger. Always great crispy bacon and fresh toppings. Expensive, but not greasy and fake like other fast food. Great french fries made from whole potatos.

I usually enjoy Five Guys, but this location has been disappointing lately. The last few times I’ve visited, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming – no greeting when I came in, and the manager on shift didn’t acknowledge customers. Most other employees have been great and friendly, but the manager often seems disengaged and unhappy to see customers. My food also consistently take close to 10 minutes, even if it’s just fries, even when there were no other orders, and they’ve been inconsistent, sometimes overcooked or oversalted, or no salt at all.

I like the food itself, but the service and energy here have really dropped compared to how it used to be. Hoping management can take a look and get this location back to the friendly, upbeat Five Guys standard I’ve always known and loved.

Placed an online order. Got there when it said it was ready. Waited over a hour. Still no food. Finally got our food and went home. It was the wrong order!! Not even the right burgers. Tried to eat it anyway, burger was burnt. Both of them, black and crispy. Fries were cold. Very disappointed.

Yesterday, my friends and I went to Five Guys, and it was my first time trying their burgers. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and I have no words—it’s not the best hamburger I’ve ever had, but it was incredibly delicious. The only picture I could take was of my receipt because I was too focused on the taste . Also, the fries were so good; they were perfectly fried.
