I really hate hurting business businesses as a business owner myself by leaving the review. That’s not a five star because I know how much it hurts the business. But I’ve gotta say I’m extremely disappointed. When I walk in and I spend $80 for two fries and four burgers for my wife and my kids… I’m not gonna lie. I at least expect the food to be high-quality, but every single one of our hamburger buns were extremely soggy, my wife e never says anything but she pointed it out on her burger before I even noticed then opened mine and sure enough bun was super soggy (also I’m not sure if this is normal probably is but the top of the sandwich was just cold… lol) probably cuz of toppings but I feel they could at least hear that bun up for $80.00 and a $6 tip and we grabbed the food and started eating it less than 50 seconds after they placed it on the counter and finished cooking it. I’m not gonna return again. I don’t mind spending bigger money, but the money is gotta be worth the food. Even the fries. Like I seem to have gotten a bunch of fries that are broken and half and shoved into a cup. They’re not even full fries. It’s just kind of low quality and not worth the price

Have always enjoyed burgers at five guys! Love them and love the atmosphere! But tonight on New Year’s Eve, my Bacon Cheese burger had totally Burnt bacon on it!! It totally changed the burger as a whole, flavor appearance and all! I hope the management can take this review and train staff and learn from it, as I will be back, but hope this doesn’t happen again!

We love five guys it’s always a pleasure to stop by. The staff is always lovely but today 12/20 everyone was doing a great job , clearly busy with holiday rush and lunch shoppers everyone one working well to create a smooth running environment. The gentleman on the register was very kind and polite, he made me an excellent milk shake and the women slinging out orders was clearly a seasoned pro. You have a great team and they are doing a great job! Thanks

Fantastic Food! Our family lives the fact that the potatoes that make our frenzy fries there are locally in Idaho State & the beef too! That’s probably why they are so delicious! Everyone we met so far working there are nice and get our food pretty quickly. Unless it’s busy of course. You might wait about 10-15 minutes if it is busy. Their milkshakes are very good. I recommend their oreo shake. Bring a spoon! Its thick!

We ordered two cheeseburgers, a shake, and a large Cajun fry. Everything tasted great. There were a ton of fries. The Cajun seasoning is tasty, a little spicy, and completely coats the fries. Fry sauce is available which is nice. I always order my burgers with “all the way” / “the works”. A normal cheeseburger contains two patties and is currently $8.99 each. The large fry is currently $4.99. Nowadays, if you go to a sit down restaurant and order a burger and fries meal, it’s going to cost around $10-15. At Five Guys you can get a burger and a small fry and it will be around $12.50. Honestly, not to bad for a burger and fries you can always count on being good. I always like Five Guys everywhere I go.

Burger was as expected and good. What was not expected was the amount of fries. You used to get lots more in the the bag than the cup. This maybe had maximum of a dozen fries in the bag for a medium order of fries. This is Idaho, potatoes are plentiful and cheap. Paid $17.00 for a burger and fries for lunch and left hungry. I should have taken a picture but didn’t.
Decided I’d give it one more try based on the owner’s response. I ordered the large fry this time. It was really disappointing. I added the pictures this time but the amount of fries was seriously less than 1/3 of what I have received in many other locations. If you have only eaten at this location you don’t know what you’re missing! This was my last visit here.

Love this place. Before I moved here, prior residence, was looking for a good burger place to have lunch with my work buddies as a goodbye meal. This was in TX! My brother in law took me here for me and my wifes first visit from them. Blown away they had one here so close. The fry thing was fun in TX but to see what farm they come from at there place…how cool! Great place, great service, great food! Employees are upbeat and fun!

Burgers are delicious. Service is amazing. Fries are average and often soggy.
The employees are always nice and helpful. All the fry sauce you want. I’d give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the soggy fries. Make sure to use the app before you get there so you don’t have to wait in line.

This is one of the tastier fast-food burgers around. The standard burger comes with two patties, but you can order single-patty burgers, as well. Cheese and bacon can be added (for an additional charge). The best part of their burgers are the free toppings that can be added: lettuce, tomato, onion, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, fresh or grilled jalapeños, and your choice of condiments.
You always know where your French fries are sourced from, and they are cooked in 100% peanut oil. They have fry sauce, regular ketchup, and malted vinegar to go with your fries.
You can help yourself to free peanuts while waiting for your order, and they also have milk shakes.
