For 37 dollars I shouldnt get burnt bacon for that price on all our burgers. 5 guys is going down hill. I would have never served burnt bacon to anyone.

Nearly closing but several customers yet staff greeted with a smile and genuine friendliness. All are cooked to order so hot. Burgers get a greasy and I forget that it comes with 2 patties unless you ask for small burger.

They have always been known for generous portions with their fries. The last several times we have been there, the cups haven’t even been full, let alone overflowing. Very disappointing. $4.99 for a half full cup is ridiculous.

I can understand 10-15 mins max to wait for a burger but I waited nearly 30 mins for a shake…..that’s it just a cup of ice cream….. took nearly 30 mins

The wife and I had a bad experience eating dinner at the restaurant last night. We had just started eating when a female employee in black walked past us and all we could smell was her BO. We were unable to continue eating and ended up throwing away most of our meal. It’s sad to say because it’s our favorite restaurant but we will not be eating at Five Guys any more!!!!!
