One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. We ordered online the night of 2/17 and got to the store and it was very busy. I waited in the line of people waiting for their food, none of the staff greeted anyone or asked what order they were waiting for. After all the people in front of me got their food, the woman who seemed to be the manager finally asked what my name was. She grabbed a bag that had been sitting there the whole time the entire 30 to 40 minutes I was waiting. When I asked her if it was sitting there the whole time she got attitude with me and said “I didnt tell her I was waiting”. She tried to blame me, I tried to explain I was in line and also tried to show her the app said my order was “in progress” still,
but she ignored my explanation and didnt even look at me. The food was cold and terrible. I will never return here, what a horrible experience.

It is the best “fast food” burger you can get. Does it cost the most as a result? Yeah probably, but nowhere else have I had the same elite quality, from multiple locations, over the course of 15+ years of eating at 5 Guys. This is the best and the best comes at a cost but when I can afford it I have never regretted it!

A brand new Five Guys restaurant, and regular Five Guys Fan am I. As always at all Five Guys, friendly and courteous staff and exceptional burgers and fries, well actually, the best burgers in all of Colorado Springs. The fact that all Five Guys restaurants only use peanut oil for frying and cooking and do not use old standby grease really makes a huge difference in the extradonary taste of their premium fries too. 5 Thumbs Up!

From out of town and this place definitely hit the spot. Food was hot and yummy and the whole staff was extremely friendly and professional 10/10 recommend and will be back next time in town.

So two times now to get served with my family. The young lady who worked the register 2 times now in a row walked away as we were placing and order. Just walked away after saying let ne take your order and then turns and walks away. Don’t bother coming to this store they dont care about customers.

This is one of the best fast food burgers time after time. They do a great job cooking a quality patty consistently well. Their toppings are always fresh, and the fries are a meal in the themselves. Value is solid for what you get, although they are defintiely not the cheapest burger place. We paid $37 for 3 burgers and one large ordere of fries, no drinks. Unfortunately, they are not very close to our house, so we don’t get here often.

I am always waiting. Waiting to order 10 minutes no one in line. I do order pickup I wait 20 minutes then drive there… I have to wait 30 minutes. They are not good at rushes. They are not good at customer service. Overall bad experience every time.
