The staff there were awesome today — they made my day!! I am saying that because after telling them I want fries and noticing how pricey the cost is, I decided to take the fries off, but eventually they gave me free fries! They deserve a tip for how amazing and generous they were at Five Guys! Of course, don’t think that they will always be doing this, but I guess today was just a special treat.

First time at a Five Guys, we got our order to go. Almost full on a Sat evening. Staff was friendly and service wasn’t too bad, we waited maybe 6-7 min for our food.
We got large fries, large drink, one Oreo milkshake, one cheeseburger and one bacon cheeseburger.
Price seems high until you realize you are getting 2 patties for the regular burgies and unlimited toppings ( we had grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapeños, mustard, ketxhup, pickles & lettuce. The burgers don’t seem too large but we were definitely full after finishing all of it as well as the generous portion of fries, both which were really tasty. My burger did fall apart so wasn’t the easiest to eat and that would be my only negative. Would like to try the other menu items the next time we come back.

Great tasting burgers. Patties are juicy. Fresh off the grill, toppings are just awesome. Cap it off with chocolate shake. Service is good too. I like the outdoor sitting.

It is as expected food-wise. I find (same w/Good Times) it must matter how fresh the meat is…some days the burger is as expected and some days its sub-par. My 3-star is for employee/Mgr attitude and the fact that gloves are meant to touch the food only. There’s at least one other comment in here re gloves and cash. No more hairnets BUT still, gloved-employees think its ok to adjust a hat with food gloves on then continue to prep food. Additionally in the age of NO EMPLOYER/corporation will take responsibility and there’s only arbitration, no suing even for negligence..PLEASE if you work for 5Guys you MUST wash your hands SO PLEASE TELL corporate THEY are responsible for your ILL HEALTH if you continue to use the PROVIDED TOXIC hand soap By EcoLab called DigiClean

Even though it’s a national food chain, they still have some of the best burgers and fries out there! The people at this location are always nice and hardworking whenever I go here. Decent music playing is a plus. I will ALWAYS recommend this location.

Came in for lunch today and made the mistake of forgetting the order my fries cajun style, which is the only way these fries are any good. After realizing that I forgot, I went up the the front, wallet in hand, and asked for my order to be changed to cajun fries. Before I could offer to pay the difference or put in a separate order, the guy at the fryers yells back “Yeah, you want us to give you a milkshake with that too?”. I laughed, not really getting the joke, and sat back down.
After sitting for a bit, I thought about it and got on my phone and confirmed that there is an upcharge for this that I wasn’t aware of. This told me that the comment was snarky and obnoxious after my honest mistake (that I was happy to pay for given the chance). Feeling pretty insulted, I told them to just give me regular fries, I didn’t want the seasoned ones anymore.
I won’t be back, and I’ll do my best to tell this story when it comes up. Good thing you saved the 3 cents on the seasoning, right?
