Odered online. Order was late and wrong. Missing a burger and got a small fries instead of a large. Would think it was a mistake but the burger had the buns flipped upside down which seems like a disgruntled employee’s actions. Also receipt on the bag shows the correct order, which should have been cross referenced.

Called the store to let them know and the guy on phone answered “Yeah.” I explained the situation, he got the “manager” which was just shift lead. Then she said she would be contacting the regional manager to get me my refund. I asked to be contacted once the refund has been initiated.

This place is a mess and the staff are very unprepared to handle basic interactions with customers. Disgruntled employees sabotaging food is something that is highly innappropriate.

I haven’t been to 5 Guys since covid and thought we would get a bite before heading over to do some retail shopping. The peanuts are cool to snack on before you order, but not really needed at the time we went because there was no line…and I think I kinda know why, but we will get to that.
The guy who took our order was great; you can tell he isn’t really interested in working in fast food, but who is all-in on that? He asked my how my day was and it seemed like he genuinely cared, so we engaged in small conversation while the others in my party figured out what they wanted. We got 2 double burgers, 1 hot dog, 3 drinks, 2 small fries, and 1 large…because I didn’t know. With gratuity, $70. If you look at my other reviews and the restaurants I go to, money is not the issue. It’s all about value. This better be the BEST burger I’ve ever had.
Well, it wasn’t, but the ingredients were fresh enough.
Let’s talk about the fries. After today my beautiful bride renamed 5 Guys, 5 Fries. When you order fries, they dump, literally dump an equal helping in with your fries. That’s cool if I would have known, now I feel like I just paid $70 for 8 chopped, fried, and seasoned potatoes. I took home a 2 pound bag of just fries, I didn’t want to throw them away and I had to feel like I went home with something. Got home, threw them away.
Aaaaaand finally, the atmosphere is that of a 1950’s burger stand with a bunch of technology. The atmosphere is a dime a dozen, but kudos for not automating the person taking your order.
The real question, would I go back? Probably not. It’s just not THAT good, but if you are looking for a place to clean out your colon and walk around town money, try 5 Fries. IIIIIF you are young and on a date, go dutch. If you don’t know what that means, google it.

I love the food here and this review has nothing to do with the food or the customer service. I ordered for pickup tonight and immediately heard one of the employees yelling at another employee and throwing up gestures at them. I wish I could have caught this employee’s name. I was waiting for my order for around 7-10 minutes, and within this time frame, the one employee who was yelling had made probably 5 loud remarks towards the same employee. Pretty much bullying him. Loud enough so the entire dining room could hear. He was calling him stupid and kept yelling out milkshake flavors for him to make and any time the employee would double check with him, he would get irritated and make a remark. Once my order was ready, there was a small mistake with my milkshake. I honestly didn’t care about the mistake and I didn’t wanna say anything anyway because of the environment obviously, but the mean employee noticed, marched over, and took it upon himself to scold the employee right in front of me. Having been on the other end of this before at my previous horrible jobs, I very much do not respect treating your employees this way or letting any employees speak to each other this way, let alone in front of customers for everyone to hear. I truly believe this employee wouldn’t have made that mistake if he wasn’t being called stupid and being bullied in front of an entire lobby of people for the entire 10 minutes beforehand ‍♀️

I like five guys and I usually go to a place close to me. I’ve been here twice and both times they have skimped on the fries. For $8 I should get more than 15 French fries. The burgers were fine but maybe a little sloppier

New place to try out so I did – wasn’t familiar with the chain but had an old diner feel. “Fast food” but not fast. The regular burger was a double patty, so newbies be warned it’s not a Wendy’s value menu size sandwich to expect! We ordered with the works which was grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and some very fresh lettuce and tomatoes which I was impressed with. Also ordered, and shared thankfully, a regular fry which had more fries in the bag than in the cup but more than enough for two of us. A shake with both peanut butter and Reese’s peanut butter cups? Yes, we will have that too.
Meal ended up being a healthy amount (not healthy) to eat and we enjoyed it overall.
Not a five star rating because the presentation (I know it’s diner fast food…) was a bit lacking with a couple smushed sandwiches tossed in a bag then plopped on the counter with a hollered out number (we were the only ones in the store at the time). The staff seemed sort of friendly but in that, “I’m paid to try to be nice to you” way. Food was great, the presentation just lacked that little extra to make it fantastic

Very good burger joint. Yes a little pricey compared to other burger chains but the food is great and lots of options on the topping. And they load you with the fries straight out of Idaho.
Cannot wait till they open one on our side of town in Brighton or Lochbuie so we won’t have to drive 30 minutes to the next closest one.
Definitely recommend.

A step above McDonalds for sure. The price is a bit steep if you don’t account for the quality. Five guys gonna a unique spot above fast food and a step below a quality restaurant. This location was awesome. The drink machine was inoperable, it was leaking everywhere and was full where you place your cup. The wait was 30 minutes. What made it suck was having no place to sit. The employees were awesome. I would prefer a bit later place to sit and a bit faster food. Overall it’s a great experience.

First time visiting Five Guys hamburger shop in Westminster, CO. This location is located very close to the Interstate 25 and East 144th Avenue interchange, so easy access north/south/east and west. Three of us stopped by (indoor dining area closed due to COVID-19) to pick up late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We did not order in advance online, but placed a walk-in order at the counter. A wide variety of free toppings! There were 2 or 3 people ahead of us, and we received our bag of food (Little Hamburger x 3, Large fries x 1) in about 10 minutes. Very pleasantly surprised by the burgers – we only ordered lettuce, tomato, pickles and some ketchup and the burgers were very good. I see some other reviewers’ feedback that the prices are high, but I would say the prices are on par (if not less expensive) than R*d Robin, albeit with less variety/choices. I would say this place gives Smas*burger a good run for their business, perhaps? Friendly service and easy-going atmosphere. Will make a return visit soon. Recommended.

Reg burger — 2 patties (no additional cost for toppings) reg fry & a drink. Restaurant — clean (1 table had leavin’s on it, but all others were clean)
Good taste and amount good.
Burger — 2 smashed, good tasting, and well browned patties.
Fries — crisp and had a nice golden brown exterior. And a lot of them.
Drink was good. Select your own flavor and mix as you wish.
Shell your own peanuts, but you won’t get to eat many before your food is done.
Visit was at 8:30 PM.
A bit expensive — $18.

Its national cheeseburger day and Five Guys here does not honor their deals. I was told there was not a limit by an employee and before that I had called asking about the deal. At no time was there any mention of you have to have a code or gotten an email. My husband waiting there 30 minutes just trying to cancel the order and do it over. Then when we applied the discount it only took off $6. Once again was told by an EMPLOYEE there was no limit and the burger were part of the eligible purchase for the discount. My husband spoke with the manager and did nothing. We love five guys, but the service here, its not worth the food. We will not be returning here EVER.
