The customer service was incredible. I can tell that Nick really enjoys his job. The order did take a little bit long, but they more than compensated for it and I’m overly happy. This might be one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve ever had and I left the place almost shocked by the experience I had. I don’t go here all the time, but if I do go to get a burger it would be here automatically. And these burgers taste so good. You don’t even realize how good they are until you go to another place. The burgers are perfect. There’s nothing that can be done to make the burgers better. They’ve reached the top-tier status.

Wow! Thank you Tanise! She managed multiple orders all at the same time by herself! All the while maintaining a polite and respectful attitude. Not cool of management to leave her by herself with the amount of customers that came in, but she did a kick ass job.

Exceptionally slow service. Online order and came in and waited another 10 minutes for a cheeseburger and small fry. The burger was cold from just sitting in the bag on the shelf waiting on fries that were overcooked and grease looked old. Felt bad for the door dash drivers waiting on their orders and could see their frustration. Also saw a patty that was still pink on the outside edge wrapped up to be served to a customer. Younger staff on a Friday night not able to keep up with the orders and dirty tables in dining area. Won’t be back.

Update: Don’t overlook the veggie cheese sandwich or the grilled cheese. Hook it up the way you like and enjoy. Omgoodness it was so good.
1st experience: I was in the mood for some fries. I ordered a large fry. They have the best fries. They’re expensive but only because they give you so much. I was only able to eat half of them. I forgot how big a large fry is here. There was plenty of parking spacing. I saw 2 disabled parking spots too. This is more on the expensive side for fast food but it’s worth it on occasion. Be careful in the parking lot I almost slipped two times. It was icy. Until next time.

No water cups for kids even? Purchased 2 adult drinks and we can’t get a water cup for my 3 year old? This location sucks I’ll stick to Southlands where they can accommodate a simple request like a water cup. Ridiculous after spending 50+ bucks on a few burgers.

First time at Five Guys and it definitely wasn’t the best experience. The cashier had great customer service the blond girl making the food had an attitude, mean mugged and kept saying ‘oh my god’ every time a customer walked in. On top of that the meat in my patty is pink, I have enough health issues as is and this is really dangerous for me. We will not be coming here again.

I was so surprised passing this five Guys on Alameda in Aurora Colorado! I went in and ordered my usual occasion fries, and I also ordered a vanilla milkshake. The manager on duty was very nice, She was very helpful and polite. The Cajun fries were served hot, but were not as plentiful and good as my favorite location in Denver on Parker and Iliff, however they have only been open for about a month, so there’s room for improvement. Wonderful customer service! The inside was super pretty and neat and tidy, I reallyyyy wanted to dine in so badly! The food was okay, I apprecaited their abundant amount of fries. Personally, their burgers aren’t anything stellar like I’ve heard, especially for their price, but to each their own!
