No, nobody can beat those Cajun fries!!!
This is outrageously expensive—there is absolutely nothing special about the food to justify this price. No portion, no quality, no experience—just blatant overcharging. It’s borderline robbery, and it ruined my entire day.
I keep asking myself why the hell I didn’t cancel the order on the spot. Even with today’s high prices, this is pure greed. I cannot, and will not, accept this.
I will never eat at Five Guys again. This is a blatant rip-off burger. A brand that treats its customers like this doesn’t deserve to survive. I feel like a fool for falling for it. This was an incredibly unpleasant experience—one of the worst in a long time.
McDonald’s has never looked this good. Seriously.
I paid with my own money, and yet it managed to ruin my entire day… No matter how greedy a business gets, Five Guys has crossed the line this time.
And on top of that, the staff here were surprisingly rude despite charging such ridiculous prices. A price‑gouging brand like Five Guys should be pushed out before it influences other burger places. This kind of business has no place in the market.
One thing I did want to mention, though, was the customer service. It was not that great. The man at the register made annoyed faces when we had questions about the menu. We decided to try the Cajun fries, only to find out that they would be too salty for our liking. we asked the person at the counter if they would take our fries back and exchange them with the regular fries, and the hospitality simply wasn’t there. maybe that’s something they should work on.
Fries were good but a little over salted. Just ask for low/no salt fries.
When you need a burly and meaty burger… 5 guys fits.
During our last visit, the staff was completely different from usual. I was surprised to learn that they now charge $3 for water and don’t even provide regular water cups anymore — something that was never the case before.
After paying for our order, I asked for two cups of water. A new employee named Amy handed me the cups, but when I went with my daughters to fill them, she left the register — leaving a line of customers waiting — just to follow and watch us, as if we were doing something wrong.
One of my daughters wanted a tiny bit of soda, and I allowed her to have just a small amount. Amy immediately started yelling at me in front of everyone, saying I had to pay for it, even though it was a minimal amount. She was rude, loud, and completely unprofessional. My daughters started crying, and I was shocked and embarrassed.
I requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable staying. The manager told my husband later that they were sorry, that Amy was a new trainee, and that they would call us to invite us back and apologize properly — but no one ever called.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s sad because we used to enjoy coming here as a family, but after this incident, I don’t feel welcome anymore.
“I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff on respect and customer service.”
