Five Guys is always a hit and never disappoints. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food is always fresh, with great burgers and amazing fries that live up to the hype every time. Some people complain about the prices, but I think they’re more than reasonable for the quality you get. I’d much rather pay a little extra for a consistently high-quality burger, and Five Guys always delivers.

Fantastic Burgers and Service, Just a Small Blemish
My experience at Five Guys was genuinely fantastic, and this is easily one of my favorite quick-service spots. The service was incredibly friendly and fast, making the entire visit a pleasure.
The food itself is high quality. The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor, and the ability to customize all the toppings is a huge plus. And, of course, the fries are amazing—the portions are huge, and they’re perfectly cooked.
However, I did have one issue that kept this from being a five-star experience: the hamburger bun. It was surprisingly cold and hard, almost like it had been sitting out for a couple of days. A fresh, warm, soft bun is essential for a great burger, and this really detracted from the quality of the meal. I hope this can be addressed, as everything else was flawless.
I also have a suggestion that I think would elevate the fry experience even more: I would love it if the staff asked customers how they prefer their fries, maybe offering a choice between “extra crunchy” or “soft/regular.” Since Five Guys is known for its fries, giving this small option would be amazing for personalizing the order.
Despite the cold bun, the great service and overall delicious food mean I will definitely be back. Fix the bun, and you’ll be perfect!

This place was absolutely trashed when we walked in but we didn’t truly take notice until we had already paid and began waiting for the food.
As soon as I started looking around I noticed the abundance of trash that was accumulating on the floor in the kitchen. Then I saw how diligent the staff was working albeit far from a well-oiled machine.
Disgusted at my decision to buy there before I realized how nasty it was, I asked for the guy at the register for the manager.
The manager was stuck sacking the meals with (5) in the kitchen and (1) on the register while helping in the kitchen.
When I told approached the manager and asked him about the condition of the store he told me, “we are all working hard here”
I had to agree. They were.
The owner of this establishment should be ashamed that his money opened this franchise.
Great brand and a great product in a complete dump of a franchise.
Help your staff. They’re helping you.

Pregnant and the closet five guys to me is an hour away. When the cravings call you know I had to drive my happy little self over here for THE BEST BACON CHEESEBURGER out there. Staff was very friendly, establishment was clean, and the burgers are the best. For those of you hating on the price, this place is WORTH it. They could NEVER make me hate you

While I don’t have the pictures of the food, it was very delicious! I’ve been waiting to go to Five Guys for 3 years after moving from Houston! I love the cheeseburger (which I only ask for cheese, no vegetables, because I’m picky) because it was fresh, and the fries were very delicious too! You can even see the people how they cook too! I will definitely come back to come get another cheeseburger and French fries! Maybe even trying the milkshake! 😀

Been a couple of times at Five Guys, and the reason you might want to visit the place, is that the taste isn’t something similar to any chain hamburger restaurant. There’s this kind of flavor of its own that makes it different, don’t really know what it is but definitely it’s something you’ll find out if as me, are fan of a good tasty burger.
Although many people on the reviews praise the fries, to me were like kind of normal homemade fries ( a lot by the way ) but nothing more. Maybe you’ll find or like it mor than I do.
A nice, not so big place, you will leave smelling all over as there’s no separate area between kitchen and the restaurant, be aware of that.
