Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The meat tasted fresh and high-quality, the vegetables were crisp and clearly fresh, and the fries were outstanding. Everything was prepared exactly right and lived up to the Five Guys reputation.

Caleb provided excellent service—very friendly, attentive, and professional. He made the experience even better. This location on Agora Parkway consistently delivers, and I’ll definitely be back.

Burger was over saturated in mayo and bun was soggy. The burger patty was small and first few bites were bread. The fries were good and fresh.. and the employees were friendly. Will never eat here again but it was worth a try for something new.

Five Guys at The Forum delivers exactly what you expect—fresh, hot, and incredibly tasty burgers and fries. The food is always made to order, and the quality really shows. The fries are generous, the toppings are customizable, and everything comes out consistently delicious.

The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is kept clean and welcoming. Even during busy times, the service moves quickly and the team keeps things running smoothly.

If you’re craving a great burger and a no-nonsense, consistently awesome meal, this Five Guys location is definitely worth a visit!

Overpriced greasy burgers with marginal service in a cramped, smoky, stinky spartan atmosphere. Completely overrated! I don’t know what the appeal is for this place? Go to Red Robin next door and they’ll come to your table and serve you better food for the same price.

We had not been to a Five Guys Restaurant in years. This trip made us see that had been missing out on great tasting burgers and fries. The staff was great, they provided great service.

Despite the hype, these are some of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The brand prides on having their fries free of cholesterol by using peanut oil. While I don’t know if this is factually true, the taste and texture of my fries was terrible, not to mention that my order took ages (at least 20 minutes) to be served despite being very few customers and five employees. I would never come here again.

Wow – $35 for hot dog and little cheeseburger – one order of fries and two small drinks. No hot dog buns at 6:45 on a Friday night – got a split Weiner in a tin to go container for 7.69! Fries were overcooked.

The hamburger bun was cold and stale. Sorry 5 Guys – we will go to whataburger next time!

Highway robbery on your food. I got a beef dog with ketchup and a small fries with medium coke and it was $17.00. I’ll never come back.
