Burger was fine, asked for everything on it and just got meat and cheese. I ordered 2 but only got one even though I was the only customer there. Fries were limp and cold. 25.99 for that wonderful experience. Lower your prices to the level of current expectations please.

Can’t believe the price for 2 cheese burgers, medium fries & two milk shakes -$49+ AND the burger was has shrunk in the size. It was the size of junior Mac from MickyD’s AND it was during the week after lunch hours. On top of that burger was all that great and neither was the milk shake. They staff was super friendly though & the place was clean.

I haven’t eaten here in years since I left Indiana. I ordered a regular burger with mayo, onions, and pickles.
It wasn’t busy, but it took a while to get my burger. Once I got it, I opened up the bag, and it’s a full loaded burger with everything on it. I took it back, and they looked at me like I was nuts. I showed them the receipt, and they finally took the receipt to make a new burger.
While I wait, I start eating my fries. I know they dump a ton of fries in the bag, and I love fries. The fries were covered in so much grease I couldn’t eat them.
The burger finally came. It was ok, nothing spectacular. To say I wasn’t impressed with the food is an understatement. It’s not a place I’ll come back to.

I recently lost my wallet here and one of the employees put in the safe. It accidentally got stuck in the wrong one, but the team was so helpful, had great communication, and the employees were so sweet. It took a while to get my purse back, but they make sure to call me and also gave me gift cards to apologize about the whole situation. I wish them the best. The people here are awesome.

First off the employees get Five Stars! They were very helpful with recommendations and friendly as well, absolutely no complaints there.
The deduction in rating was:
1. The food is very over priced. Two burgers, 1 small order of fries, a small soda and a shake was $35.
2. Our dine in order was served in a paper bag. For the cost of the meal I don’t expect a paper bag.
We might return for a shake some time but I think a nice restaurant that serves burgers would be preferable at the price point Five Guys has.

Hire better workers!! The manager Riley and the worker Julianna service was terrible! The worker took my money with her gloves on and started to make my burgers with the same gloves on. DISGUSTING!! I will be calling the health department on this location!! Sanitation is very vital in the food industry!!

Worst burger I have ever had, the meat had no flavor top bun was cold, not even slightly heated. I ordered three they were all the same. The bottom bun was very mushy and gross. The quality of cheese must be synthetic, it wasn’t even melted. Ate around what we could. Fries were like the last scraps of the batch. Will not be coming back. Paid $30 definitely not worth it.

I really was expecting my burger to come with lettuce & mayo since I ordered it a lettuce wrapped with mayo. Yup this was $14. Good news if I have this aluminum dish I can use for thanksgiving leftovers.
