To begin with the POS system started messing up when I began my order. Good thing my cards weren’t charged multiple times after telling them their system was offline as to why it wasn’t working. We had order #66. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 patty melt. We left the store and noticed that the patty melt was missing. We returned to the store to retrieve the rest of our order just for them to give us a patty melt, WITH NO PATTY. What a complete disappoint to spend all this money and be dissatisfied.

Place is cool. Really good customer service and cleanliness on point. Can’t say the burgers were good. I haven’t been in years but back then, you knew the difference when getting Five Guys. Now, you might as well go get some Jack n Box or Burger King. IMO

This is the worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. I placed an online order and paid online. I drove all the way here to pick up my food to see a handwritten note saying they’re closed. I have been asking for a refund for a week now and each time, they say they’ll issue the refund without ever issuing it. The manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

This was my first time eating at this location, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I also had the chance to speak with the manager, Esmeralda, who came to my table and asked how my visit was going. That personal touch made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!
