Order at the counter. I like the little burger with a single patty because I can then enjoy the overwhelming size of fries. I sometimes order fresh jalapeno as a topping but be prepared for crunchy hot peppers.

Took care of us as they should as far as customer service. Very clean!
The gentlemen are very very polite, the woman are beautifully sencere.
Only thing was the music was a bit loud, and we wish we had a kids menu.

This location is the worst. I don’t mind paying the prices they charge but this location said they have different fry portions. Ordered a large Cajun fry and received a small cup of fry’s. If you are going to be different than all the other locations you should adjust your prices because no one wants to pay $30 for a burger meal

I had cravings so here I am. Burgers made to order. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Cajun seasoned fries which come in generous portions. Satisfying. I like the messy presentation and having seasoning all over everything. It’s what sets Five Guys apart from other burger joints.

I recently visited Five Guys with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered a protein burger (no bun) and large regular French fries with no Cajun or any spices for my kids. Instead, they gave me a regular burger with buns and spicy Cajun fries. My children couldn’t eat them because of the spice.
When I went back to explain the mistake, instead of apologizing and correcting the order, the staff charged me extra money for the regular fries, even though it was their mistake. There was no apology, no effort to fix the issue properly, and the attitude at the counter was not friendly at all.
As a customer, I expect at least good service and responsibility when mistakes happen. Sadly, this experience showed me the opposite. Because of this, I would not visit this location again.

I always check my food before leaving any place, but the one time I didn’t, it was just my luck. I was rushing back to the hospital and didn’t have time to look. I ordered a very simple burger—grilled onions, lettuce, cheese, bacon, and pickles. Somehow they still managed to mess it up by adding whatever else they wanted, as if they made it for themselves. The bun was extremely soggy. The fries were burnt. On top of that, I ordered online and still had to wait when I arrived because it wasn’t ready. I will NEVER return.

I went in for a hamburger and came out broke! I mean geez for four of we spent over 50.00 two adults and two kids! Everything is separate no combo. The servers are from the Rosenberg location since that one closed a while back. I never have issues when they are working. The dinning area is decent although it was very dirty the last time- it was also close to closing time so after a long day I guess it’s expected. Also it seems like depending who is working you can either get more fries than you can eat or you get way less then what you expect. It’s a hit or miss. The taste is okay not bad. Honestly the only thing I really enjoy are the fries. I’ve tried the hot dog as well not a big fan how they cut it and cook it. I feel it’s just way to pricey for a plain ole hamburger.

Best chain burger restaurant in America in my opinion! Food quality is consistently excellent, flavors are consistently AWESOME, service is friendly. Pearland location is one of my favorites.
