I don’t visit 5 guys often, but they are consistent. By consistent average burgers with really good fries. Burgers are very pricey, think my double cheeseburger was $16 and really wasn’t anything special. Thin patties. Not terrible but lots of better options in the area.

Long past its glory days. Burgers are okay but expensive. They still give a generous amount of fries. Restroom worn out.

I had been reading and hearing about how great the Five Guys Burger chain and its burgers were. I had never been to a Five Guys and finally decided to give them a try. I used maps to find the nearest restaurant and proceeded to go. Upon arrival I found a Five Guys in a location that really didn’t stand out. Driving by you could miss it. So you need to be a regular at this location or be searching for it like I did. The place was neat, clean and presentable. I liked that there were peanuts in shell to snack on while you waited. I proceeded to order and paid but noticed that like many other places the register prompts you for a tip long before you’ve been served and for me this is a turn off. I have no problem tipping a waiter/waitress/server when I sit down, order from a menu, receive impeccably great service and get my bill. Okay so I get my cheeseburger and fries in a plain brown paper bag, okay fine. I take it, go out to my car and discover a good portion of the fries have been dumped all over my bag. The consolation was the fries were nice and hot the way I like them. I would come here for the fries alone if they serve them hot every time. I unwrapped the cheese burger to find it completely falling apart. The tomatoes sliding out of the side, the patty not centered on the bun, my meat also still pink after I clarified cook it well done or all the way through. So for me, Five Guys did not live up to the hype as far as their burgers are concerned. I’m certainly glad I didn’t tip before hand for a burger that in my opinion was subpar. If it had been cooked well and put together neatly it would have been a better experience.

I usually avoid burgers as a lunch choice bc I expect most burgers to fall short of expectations. I will say that Nancy made me the best burger I have had in five years. Not really sure exactly what she did, but the combination of grilled mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños was magical. I will definitely be back.

I like 5 Guys Burgers. The burgers are great and so are the fries. You can build on your burger at no extra charge and they always put more fries than normal into the bag. Had the Jr bacon cheese burger whit fried onions, mushrooms, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. It was tasty.

$24 for lunch for 2 people is pretty pricey in my opinion. Our burgers were okay, pretty bland. They give you enough fries for 4 people. My husband’s burger patty (pictured) didn’t even come close to covering the bun, but he did get quite a bit of bacon. I feel like we get a better taste, quantity, and quality of food at Wendy’s or Braums. Won’t be back.

Ordered a burger, I never have issues at five guys so figured it was a safe call. When the burgers got here though? It’s like they play mix match with sauces and ingredients. COMPLETELY WRONG. To the point there’s no way the employee wasn’t under the Influence. THAT BAD
