I’ve had Five Guys all over the country during my travels, but I’ve never been greeted, or treated, with such genuine kindness as I was at this one. The food (Cajun and regular fries with drinks) was, of course, amazing as always, but it was the staff that made the whole place feel so warm and full of good vibes.
My husband and I stopped in for a quick Saturday lunch break while running errands, but the way the staff treated us made it feel like we’d just hit the jackpot. I actually kept track because I was so surprised (in the best way) by how genuine they were. One gentleman behind the counter didn’t just give the usual “hey” when people walked in; instead, he asked how their day was, really listened, and then sent them off with the same care when they left.
To keep it simple: ✨ the vibes matched the fries: absolutely unbeatable. 100/10. ✨

Antonio has amazing customer service. He’s very personable and truly makes your day better — you leave with a smile every time. My food is always fresh, he makes sure my order is correct every time, and he always checks to see if I need anything else. It’s such a pleasure and honestly a breath of fresh air, especially since customer service is lacking in so many places. If he weren’t there, I’d go to another Five Guys since this location isn’t the closest to me. His customer service alone makes it worth the extra drive.

This is not a great way to start for a first time customer! This is unacceptable! Greasy is an understatement! My seats are now soiled with grease and not a little either! After the type of day I had, all I wanted was a little cheeseburger fresh from the grill. I wasn’t prepared to be treated with such beautiful service. The manager (Antonio R.) greeted me as if we were related, he had such an inviting smile warming attitude and took care of my order with patience.

Spent $34.00 for two meals that I ended up basically throwing out! The burger was disgusting. Hell, the cheese wasn’t melted all the way. The nerve of charging that much money! 5 guys aren’t what the used to be. The prices went up, food got disgusting. I will say the fries were good, that’s about it.

Ok I know it’s a chain, but it doesn’t taste like a chain. Probably my favorite major chain hamburger. I love the peanuts to eat while waiting. Hot dogs are also great. I also love the freestyle coke machine. It’s always clean. The staff is friendly and service is usually fast without a long wait.

I love five guys but I was so disappointed this visit I got a little burger & Cajun fry. The burger bun was all wet so every bite was wet bread & meat very disappointing The french frys is what I love the most their known for giving so much extra french frys in the bag & cup I didn’t have any French frys in the bag just in the cup which was a disappointment because that’s my favorite part! I ended up throwing my burger away so sad because I really wanted five guys today

I didn’t care for it. $35.00 for two fast/casual burgers, 2 med fries, and 2 cokes. You could order two large pizzas for that. Seriously, go to Whataburger you could get almost 3 combos for that. The taste of the burgers was nothing special. The size of the burgers was really disappointing…… again about equal the size of a double Whataburger. Five Guys are thicker burgers but Whataburger’s are wider so I’m guessing it’s the same actual amount of beef. If you want to go somewhere fancy for burgers, go to Red Robbin at least they have all you can eat fries and dipping sauce. I was really shocked with the $35.00 price for basically two burger combos. To me if they are going to charge that much the flavor should really impress but it really fell flat in that department.

Very nice staff, they always speak when you enter the establishment. Clean environment and countertops. The Bacon Cheeseburger on my last visit was absolutely delicious, and made exactly how I like it! Great location in Cedar Hill.
