I had an amazing experience at Five Guys thanks to the incredible manager and associates. Mason truly leads by example he was attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly while still being warm and welcoming. Mason L and the rest of the team went above and beyond with their service, making sure my order was perfect and that I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. The teamwork, positive attitude, and attention to detail really stood out. This is how great customer service should feel. Huge shoutout to, Mason L, Penny and Kendra for making my visit exceptional I’ll definitely be back

We haven’t had Five Guys in awhile. My husband wanted a good burger. We were very happy! It was delicious. The fries were yummy too. They didn’t skimp on the fries either. Will be going back soon.

I gave 3 stars because the young lady poured soo much seasoning on the fries it would literally raised ya blood pressure. So much on the fries you can barely taste the damn fries. Burger was great! The customer service was good as well. Just that young lady didn’t need to pour all that seasoning on the fries.

09/26/2023: My niece wanted to try Five Guys and I ordered to go for us. We each got a little cheeseburger and shared some fries. The little cheeseburgers were a nice size, tasty, and fresh. Neither of us felt like we stuffed ourselves afterwards. The fries were also fresh and cooked the way we liked them. The only complaint is that they were a tad over salted, which was a little disappointing. Staff were working hard and running things smoothly. The restaurant was quite with only a few customers inside.

Ms SQ is so polite, friendly and hard working. I remember Five Guys from when the brothers opened their little burger stands. Ms SQ epitomizes their commitment to service. This location is my favorite burger and fry!!!

We had a burger each and shared an order of French Fries. The fries were plenty for two people. The burger tasted very good. Air conditioning in the dining room worked well too. We also snacked on some peanuts as we awaited our order. I recommend this location of Five Guys. Good burgers, we will visit again.

Looks like this place changed their large fries portion.
They served me a really tiny portion and when I asked if they changed their portion they said no and nicely proposed to add more fries. However it was still small overall.
I went to a different five guys in Plano just ti be sure and the portion was the way I used to.
Looks like this place changed their portion, 200g total compare to the Plano place 500g
The taste was weird also, maybe the oil was too old.
