Went there about 10 mins before 5 pm rush. The front lady that took my order was super friendly and very kind. I could tell right away this person was awesome at their job. She knew the menu like the back of her hand and was a pleasure to talk to.
There were 2 people cooking before the 5 pm crew joined them. Having experience in the restaurant business. I tell both of these people were competent workers. Before I ordered I singled to them 2 patties for me and they knew what I was talking about. Then once 5 hit they had like another 5-6 workers. The crew that works there seems to have some core people that are good at their job.
I had great service at this location and the burger was really good at usually. Just add a little salt if you prefer. I would recommend people going to this location.

Just ordered a patty melt burger online with 2 patties after I made it home realized they forgot the other patty I paid for. Had to waste my gas to go back and when I made it they asked to remake the burger or just to give me the extra patty on the side tried to be nice since it was almost closing time and they gave me a patty that was split down the middle in two pieces like they didn’t care. I use to go here frequently but definitely won’t be back no time soon

I always enjoy eating a good burger at Five Guy’s!! I either get a single or double hamburger, grilled onions, extra pickle, tomatoes with ketchup & mustard all wrapped in lettuce with either regular or seasoned fries. It was so good!!! I’m strictly gluten-free and sometimes it’s harder to find places with gluten-free options. Hubby got his usually which was a double cheeseburger, regular fries and a drink. He enjoyed his lunch as well. Here you can either get it on a bed of lettuce or a lettuce wrap. I added a strawberry shake which was good as well!!. Customer service is always great, you get your food in a timely manner all in a very clean restaurant.

First time trying Five Guys, and yeah, it’s a bit pricier than your usual burger joint, but it’s worth it! The burger was fresh, the meat juicy, and just an all-around solid burger. For the fries, I got the “little” size, which turned out to be more than enough for one person – they really load you up! The fries were perfectly salted and fresh, and honestly, I was surprised by how tasty they were since I’d heard mixed reviews.
Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out! I’ll be ordering from here again. Here’s what I got:
• Bacon Cheeseburger (mayo, onion, lettuce, pickle, green pepper, bacon)
• Little Fry
• Bottle of Coke

This is hands-down the best Five Guys location we’ve ever been to! My wife and I have specific dietary needs, and Leon, the manager, always goes above and beyond to accommodate us. From the moment we walk in, he greets us with a warm smile, and his excellent leadership shows in how kind, helpful, and efficient his entire Five Guys team is. The customer service at this location is outstanding, and the quality of the food and overall experience surpasses other Five Guys in the area. It got busy just as I arrived. The wait was just a tad longer than I’d like, but not too bad. The food was very tasty but $18 for just a burger and fry? I used my Bank of America card because they had a deal (10% off), so that helped price-wise. While it was expensive, it was good and I’ll be going back when I have a taste for a good burger. Sorry the photo wasn’t better; it was a double cheeseburger with everything (the works = cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, raw (instead of grilled) onions, mushrooms, ketchup, mustard & mayo) and cajun fries. I had Coca-Cola at home, so it paired well with the meal.

I ordered via Uber Eats. This burger did not disappoint! Burger was juicy, but not soggy. Fries were still hot and delicious. I’d give this a 8.5/10 I’ll definitely be returning. I’ve always been a fan of FG. Very exciting having one open in Grand Prairie.
