These people are incompetent. They run a buy one get one promotion and you must place the order on the app to get it. The app didn’t work. Tried for hours. No one at the register would help. They just shrugged and said you gotta do it on the app. Not good customer service. They don’t offer to help or honor the coupon code. I dont support places like this. When we finally got it to work after a half hour and the food took close to an hour. The place wasn’t that busy.

Very scary. I didn’t want to go in because there was a certain type of fellow wherein a shower cap . Why. He was with his friend wearing a manga shirt. Why. I got burger from blue haired service member. Why. I recommend going to wing stop next door. They have the dry rubs. Thank you.

Manager has a super greeting smile and is extremely nice. The workers make me feel comfortable and happy. All smiles there. This is my first time trying five guys and it was a wonderful experience. Food was great. Huge portions. Definitely worth the money!

Burger was ok but wasn’t worth the high price. Cheeseburger, medium fry and drink was over $21. Not much meat to them. Fries were best I have found so far in Fayetteville but overpriced. If the fries weren’t so expensive, I would go back just for them. Just can’t make myself pay $12 for large fries.

For the expensive price I paid, I received food that I could make better by myself at home. The fries were nice, but the grilled cheese and burger I ordered were simply bad. Not to mention the american cheese was gag-worthy. The food was not worth the price. On another note, the employees were very kind and respectful—which I am very grateful for.
